After weeks of looking for an apartment for our college bound daughter, we came across Ocean Breeze Villas. We were greeted by Sandy and Marlene. They were both so hospitable, and Sandy even shared cat pictures with my daughter…something in common. Marlene provided a very thorough tour of the property. She knew other tenants by name and seemed to have a great rapport with them. My daughter felt immediately at ease with Marlene and Sandy. As a mom, I felt comfortable with them as well and had the feeling that they are not only there to do their jobs, but also go above and beyond and look out for their tenants. Although the apartment complex itself looks a bit dated, there was a maintenance crew outside painting. The units themselves have been refurbished and are very clean and nice. The security gate is open during business hours, but it appears that Marlene and Sandy have a great view of cars entering and exiting the property. To us, the rent was reasonable for a one bedroom, one bath plus den considering we had looked at studio apartments for more. Considering all of this, we felt comfortable with leasing an apartment here for our daughter. The biggest factor in our decision was the wonderful staff.

Beautiful updated modern 3 bedroom apt with gorgeous spacious kitchen. Service/emotional support animals welcome. Beautiful landscaping. Amazing topnotch workout center you couldnt ask for more equipment if you love the gym. Cute kiddie pool provided for the littles with a tiny playground and mini golf course and a bigger pool for everyone else. Great place to live and everyone in the office is always so kind and helpful.

It’s a community that I wasn’t expecting , i have had some personal difficulty for few months after losing a job and getting back on my feet but the staff were amazing and genuinely courteous people . I could go on and on , but long story short it is a place I truly enjoy to call home .

Oceanbreeze is a family community with reasonably priced apartment homes that offer many amenities. A gym, pool, bbq area, office and playground, green grass, sun deck, among others. Staff work hard on upkeep and maintaining a family atmosphere, disruptive tenants are quickly warned and then told to leave. Also they have community activities and a food truck on Mondays. Any maintenance issues are fixed within a day at tenants convenience, and property is being continuously upgraded. It is a nice place to live.

Ocean breeze villas is one of the nicest apartments Ive been in. I can say the management is very helpful especially while we started living here in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Sandy has been the best and I am very thankful to have as great of people here! Thank you OBV team :)

So far been a great experience living here just moved in beginning of November of this year unfortunately we can't enjoy the amenities since we are in a lockdown but overall been great experience thank you.

My wife and I have been here for 2 years now and we truly have enjoyed living here. Prior to living here, we lived in a house for 39 years and living in an apt. makes life more simpler, No maintenance issues or taking care of the yard (especially at my age now) or paying property taxes every year. Living in an apt. makes life a BREEZE when your retired

We are not happy here. People who live here dont respect the silence at night after 10:00pm or 11:00pm. And looks like that the condominium will do nothing about.

Great community & great amenities! Our dish washer needed fixing and was fixed hours later! Windows are thin so noise is a struggle but I love how helpful my landlord has been by communicating what is going on in the community/regarding monthly dues.
