Welcome to Oasis Apartments! Experience our Newly Renovated property that sits near the heart of Copperas Cove, TX. Our office staff is dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and exciting living experience! Come in and feel right at home at Oasis Apartments today! Thank you for inquiring about Oasis apartments. The application process has an application fee of $35 per adult PLUS an administration fee of $150. Once the application is approved , the non-refundable admin fee becomes due. For your application we will need proof of income which consist of 3 current and consecutive pay stubs. You will also need a valid government ID. These documents will need to be uploaded online when completing your application. We are considered a second chance property; we do look at your credit, but it is not the only deciding factor for approval. We do accept pets with the $300 pet deposit for the 1st pet and a $150 pet deposit for the second pet, they must be 25lbs or under, no aggressive breeds, and there is a limit of 2 pets maximum per apartment.
