Limerence may be involved in this perspective but Oaklyn appears to be devoid of many of the standard apartment unit pitfalls and setbacks which other complexes provide in abundance. This is a fantastic place to live! Safe, quiet, and comfortable, while being close to the beach, stores, coffee shops, and all kinds of entertainment.
Oaklyn is conveniently located with well appointed apartment homes, awesome amenities, and friendly staff. I can see myself staying here for an extended period of time.
So far everyone seems nice, John has been super helpful for our move-in process. Everything is very clear in the building, we are looking forward to living here!

i love living here at oaklyn. my neighbors are great, the workers are attentive and friendly. i only rated four stars because i haven’t lived here for quite that long and the hot tub/pool heating system has been broken for almost a month. it’s hard to justify paying what i do in rent when the amenities are not available for my use.

This is the worst building in the world, non stop construction from 7am through the entire day, management will never reply to you, cars getting stolen, amenities do not work. It's a horror show and anyone who moves in here will be making the biggest mistake of their lives.
Since June, I have experienced persistent issues at this location, including loud neighbors, a frequent marijuana odor, apparent unauthorized Airbnb activity, and dogs urinating in the parking lot. There has been no improvement.

I’ve been a resident at Oaklyn since it was opened and it’s been great living here! The location is good, close to all the shops I need and a few minutes to the beach. The amenities are SO nice and it’s like living on a little resort! There’s also shops/ restaurants on the ground level which is super convenient. What really made me choose this apartment was safety- I was new to this area and really wanted a building that was locked and had 24 hr security. I live alone so this was very important to feel safe! Also it’s pet friendly and I love saying hi to all the pups walking outside :)

Everything was amazing when we first move in but things are getting bad. Smoking is the worst because the whole building smells like marijuana. I was at the pool a couple weeks ago I ran into people who dont live in Oaklyn and one of them told me that he is only here for 3 weeks. I believe there is no lease for 3 weeks. If you charging your car in the parking lot you have to pay for parking after an hour.

So far I love everything about this place. The amenities and the roof top pool has to be my favorite. I love how I can enjoy every sunset from my balcony and how fast the elevators are. I’m never waiting more than 1 minute for an elevator it’s like magic. The location is so convenient everything is close. It motivates me to walk everywhere instead of always having to take my car. The gym is basically my second home and the gym is perfect. The only thing I wish there was a sauna but other than that I have no complaints.

So far, so great moving in at Oaklyn. On my first day when the dryer wasn’t working they promptly replaced the dryer within 24 hours. At first I was scared because it usually isn’t a good sign when your dryer doesn’t work on move-in but the fast and speedy response to remedy the situation has me feeling better about my lease. In the past, even at my previous complex I had issues with my microwave at move in and it never got replaced in the 2 1/2 years that I lived there.

So far so great ! Amenities beautiful. Neighbors quiet in the hall. Place is clean. Management helpful! We had a bit of an issue applying at first but Kendall really helped us! And Megan is awesome ! You see she cares about making sure the tenants are enjoying their stay

The walls are thin. When I say thin, I mean I am listening to whole conversations without trying. Very few of the promised retail places have ever opened. The Bozzuto management crew is definitely less involved than in other Bozzuto run communities I have been in. People often bring 5-10 guests into the building to use the pool and leave the pool deck a mess. Guest policy is for 2 guests but there is no one around to verify this. Also my stove top isn’t level and I can’t cook food properly since everything slides forward. Other than that, the appliances are nice and the apartment itself is very nice. The thin walls are really the biggest issue.

Just moved in it has been 2 weeks and I have nothing but positive feedback to Oaklyn. The staff has been helpful through my setup to my new apartment any problems that I had or questions they answered it quickly and with clear directions.

Very beautiful building and leasing staff with maintenance staff are amazing! The view from the 11th floor is always breathtaking. So far all the residents have been real down to earth people

Amazing amenities here! The gym, pool, grills-absolutely fabulous place to live in. Also, Spencer from main office downstairs is great and so very helpful.
