I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Ever since the management change, things have gone downhill. For starters, the maintenance team and leasing manager are unresponsive, and the emergency contact number is completely useless. To make matters worse, my apartment has been without air conditioning for some time now, and despite living in the heat of Tampa, no one has come to fix it. The lack of responsiveness and care is unacceptable, and I’m seriously considering not renewing my lease. The rental cost is definitely not worth it. Additionally, events are frequently held on the tennis court, leaving the area dirty, and there’s no accountability for cleaning it up. Stayed here for almost a year but as soon as the management changed it’s been the worse ever for me.

Worst experience moving in. The bathroom was not clean, kitchen cabinets had oil stains, the air vent gave out smell of weed. Found human hairs everywhere. The stove and dishwasher are broken. Window panes are covered with moss and the patio door is lined with molds.

The environment of the complex is excellent. The staff is patient and kind. Matters are dealt with quickly. Usf University's bull runner station is located exactly at the door of the complex. The sound of the street does not come at all and it is very quiet.The cost of water is very high. For example, someone like me who consumes little water is the same as a family of 7 people. The total cost of the complex is divided by the number of apartments

Really nice place to live! Very quiet and peaceful, safe, great neighbors! There’s lots of amenities and greenery and the overall neighborhood is really nice. The leasing office staff and maintenance crew are amazing! They’ve always fixed everything within 24hrs and are always super helpful!

The staff is very friendly and nice. The grounds are well kept and centrally located to everything like shopping, entertainment and eateries. The staff responds quickly to any issues that you may have and the neighborhood is quiet and safe!

I’ve been here for almost a year and a half and I’m happy I decided to resign my lease, the people are friendly and it’s stable living. However, the apartments are relatively old as far as their original construction date so the places although renovated have their wear and tear.
