Oak Park Place

This is a very nice place. It's not fancy. It could use some updating, but overall everything works well. Staff are friendly and responsive. It's a very convenient location.

Great! Really enjoy the modern feel of the apartments here. The surrounding area is nice with easily accessible amenities like Trader Joe’s and target.

All staff members were friendly and welcoming, and provided relevant and helpful information. The apartment is perfect. We need to get used to the traffic and noise on Harlem.

I was told in May that water, gas, garbage etc. would be 80 to 85 dollars, now it’s $148 a month! Otherwise, I have been satisfied with living here.

I just moved in and I’m very impressed with Oak Park Place. Staff is always in the lobby during business hours and happy to help with any requests or maintenance in a very timely manner. Additionally the rooms are nearly soundproof with concrete ceilings that prevent any noise from other apartments. Very impressed!

Everybody here is helpful and all the areas are well maintained I’m glad to be part of this community and live here is a great experience You have almost everything at walking distance and have a cover parking it’s a plus

Been living here for a year and have not had issues! i come home and am at peace! when there is an issue, we submit a ticket and it gets resolved within a few days!

Santiago was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions. I see the move to be smooth and without any problems. The apartment is quite, a lot of windows with a nice balcony to get fresh air.

I like the overall amenities of the apartment, but I do like a secured bike room, having trader Joe's so close and it is conveniently close to L and metra station.

I've been living here for 8 months now, and I love my place and love the area. I love that everything is walking distance. My biggest inconvenience is that I have gotten about 4 packages stolen from inside the premises and unfortunately I don't get reimbursement, nor have they been found after reaching out. Other than that I've really enjoyed being here

Ana and Santiago made the entire process stress-free & seamless. They were kind, patient, and professional with every interaction and made my first day smooth. I am so grateful to each staff member and to be living here.

It’s been a great experience so far. Love the amenities, very well maintained. The gym has good amoint of equipments. The rooftop club view is incredibly beautiful

So far it’s been okay with the Chicago winters I do know some pipes bursted but was quickly repaired as well as an issue with the furnace but it was quickly resolved.

I love the aesthetic of the apartment and love that most of the amenities are open 24hrs. The gym is difficult to use cause it's not height friendly all the time, but I make do. Also staff is very friendly all the time. Only complaint is orders being delivered. There's no cameras by the door or a way for delivery people to get in, so my packages have gotten stolen, but other than that I really love living here

I had a great experience with OPP. I love my new apartment and feel very welcomed. Ana has helped me set up everything automatically and been very patient. Excited for my new home.

I genuinely love it here.My view is stunning and I love waking up to it every morning and going to sleep with it every night. I am already planning to renew my lease when the time comes.

So far so good! Just moved in, excitedo for the new chapter. Reasonable rent, nice amenities, clean, convenient commute to me for work, beautiful view of downtown oak park and I can see the Willis (pronounced Sears) tower from my balcony,

The community is wonderful. I love that everything is walking distance and the staff is lovely everytime we encounter them. The gym could use a little more equipment that can help people who are too short for the machines. I love the amenities that the apartment comes with it has been so helpful and convenient

Overall a lovely place but when I moved in, the apartment was not fully clean and the cabinets are a bit old. It’s good that the place is quiet overall, nice gym, and convenient location to stores

Staff are very nice and work well with you. Maintenance actually came early, didn't communicate well with me but was able to solve the problem. Move-In was pretty smooth, gym and common areas have been great!

Move in was easy. The place is very welcoming and the location is perfect. The loading dock made moving super easy. Was able to get it done in no time.

Location and amenities are great. A little pricy for what you get space wise. Location is prime. Friendly staff for the most part. some maintenance problems occasionally and the mail room situation is always a mess. Can't really beat the location though.

We had a few maintenance requests right when we moved in. But other than that we’ve had a great time moving in. It’s a cool apartment and we’re happy

We recently moved in and everything has been seamless so far. We love the building and parking access. The neighborhood is beautiful with access to many stores in walking distance.

My resident experience has been wonderful at Oak Park Place. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is very clean has great amenities. Parking is so easy as well.

Love this community and the apartment! There is a great community center on the 7th floor and a coffee machine that is very beneficial for all of the residents. In addition I love the gym on the 6th floor!

I love the building and the amenities so far. Had a couple issues in the apartment and maintenance and the leasing office have been diligent about resolving them quickly.

In all honesty the past month fire alarms have been going off all hours of the day and it isn't fair that we should be paying the price for this huge inconvenience.

The apartments are large, nice, and clean. Management addresses issues right away. They try not to inconvenience the residents. It's a perfect location, close to everything with parking and storage attached.

love the view and location. Amenities are nice, but a few don’t really work. Coffee machine is usually out or broken, grills were down for almost 2 months, mail room is often disorganized & sloppy. So a few expectations based on the price aren’t there, but the units are quality and the staff is very helpful.

Great place to live, excellent location in the suburbs and close drive or train ride into the city. Staff and the office is always around to help or answer questions. Maintenance is lasts quick to help with repair requests or general issues. Can’t recommend oak park place more.
