Property Ratings at Oak Manor Apartments
I had a very positive experience living at oak manor and I found everyone friendly and welcoming. The management were always professional and would go out their way to be helpful. On the rare occasion I needed maintenance in my apartment, they were very responsive and dealt with the issue in a timely manner. I’d highly recommend oak manor as a comfortable quiet place to live.
This apartment is such a great place to live, we have lived here for years and we found it is one of the best place to call home in Ridgewood. The beautiful and quiet community is well maintained by a caring and responsive super, professional leasing management and friendly neighbors. The apartment is also close to lot of shopping, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, transportation and schools. We loved this property and would highly recommend it to others.
If you want to live in a quiet and safe area, right in the heart of Ridgewood, close to top of the notch restaurants and stores, and just a step away from Manhattan, this is your ideal place. From the ongoing maintenance of the beautiful gardens to the affordable prices, excellent service and spacious apartments, Oak Manor Apartments is the real deal. I love living here and I guarantee you will too.
I moved into the Oak Manor about 6 month ago and it has been the best experience. The friendly staff makes it a warm place to live and they made the move-in experience easy. The building I live in is always clean and smells good. The outside area / deck is a cool place to hangout. I thought I was gonna miss living in the city and was skeptical about moving to Ridgewood, but this place won me over hand down.
I lived here for a few years and found it to be a quiet place and well maintained. I rarely had any issues in the apartment but on the rare occasion, the super and management staff were very responsive and acted professionally.
I lived at Oak Manor Apartments for years and I loved it there. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. My requests for things to be fixed were always done very quickly. I had friendly neighbors. I would still be there if I hadn't bought a home.
Amazing location and amazing apartment. The management was responsive and the overall experience was excellent. I had to move to a different city for work, but I highly recommend Oak Manor!
