Everyone is super nice and transparent about everything going on with the apartments and community. I love that they have events to attend to bring everyone in the complex together and create an environment that feels same and home like.
Just moved in so I may update in the future-- Excellent experience moving in, Kaylee was super helpful and informative when touring and helping us lease. She made sure to guide me through the process and even walked me to my unit upon move-in. The complex is clean, friendly, and comfortable. Although it can be hard to get in contact with the office, once I am speaking with someone every question and problem is resolved.

I’ve lived at Oak Forest for over three years, and my experience has been frustrating lately. Lease renewal has been a constant back-and-forth with repeated document requests and errors. The property manager ignored me after I waited over 40 minutes in the office, which felt completely disrespectful. Roach problems continue, and past concerns still haven’t been addressed. I don’t feel valued as a resident, and I’d rate my experience a 2 out of 5.

Community is safer than it has ever been. Seems the tenants are being screened much better. I do wish they would let us know when fees are added or increased as it can affect tenants who are on a tight budget as it is. Also, would be nice to choose if we want valet trash. Pest control could be WAY better. I have to ask every time I see a new neighbor move in and roaches come around. PLEASE spray outside of buildings more often. I've yet to see an exterminator come around the outside. I have to buy my own pesticide for the inside, doorways, windows and such. I understand it's an apartment community, however, with all the other improvements this one is frustrating to me.

It's a very safe and very beautiful outfit. Its pools are always clean, the attention of the staff is very pleasant and the maintenance services are always attended as soon as possible. I've been here for two years and I'm not going to leave this place. I totally recommend it.

I've been living at Oak Forest in Lewisville for a while now and overall, it's been a positive experience. The location is great — close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, which makes commuting easy. The community is generally quiet and feels safe, and the grounds are well-maintained. The apartment itself is spacious and the layout is practical. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner, and the staff is friendly and helpful. everything okay and the customer service is really good but around apartment complex i find dog poop they didn’t pick up there’s dog poop other than that okay.

Been here 2 years and nothing has gotten fixed . dishwasher broken since day 1 . Patio door broken since day 1 . Roaches are getting out of control. Just unacceptable . referral is a Joke got the run around for a referral and still didn’t get it. Never referring anyone again.

Today I look at my rent portal it’s 100.00 dollars., Then was told some information is in correct. I’m so frustrated.

The few times I've needed maintenance, it was quick response time, work done correctly and quickly, and all the associates are very nice. See them periodically in the parking lot on their carts, and always a smile and a friendly wave from them all.

My stay has been well. It has almost been a year. Maintenance always comes fast when we have concerns. Management also tries to help out which is good.

Andrea was helpful however it was hard to get anyone on the phone and I had to physically drive to the office to get an update on the application. The apartment was also not cleaned. The floors were dirty and both toilet was not cleaned.

Very comfortables apartments, great space inside them, a good place to live. In the attention towards the resident I have had bad times with the leasing staff, they should improve their attention.

I've been here a year now. Going on too maintenance is awesome. The guys in the front are wonderful any problems. They fixed it immelike I like it but the rent is just a little bit too high I like to better when I first moved in there.They rent was a little cheaper

Great clean property minus the roaches. Very quick and efficient when a maintenance request is put in clean property. Downside office never answer the phone. Outrageous charges that added on top of base rent every month $155 is ridiculous when other apartments only Charge you $40-$70 at the most. Paying $15 for fitness center maintenance fees which I don’t even go to the fitness room and if I wanna work out, there’s a planet fitness right down the street that only charges $10 for membership charge. I’m not using it is not inside of the apartment not part of the square footage . Trash people want pick up box’s and when stuff falls out of trash they leave it there in front of your door. I want to Transfer to another Luxury property. But was told I can’t do that and I would have to fill out another application and do the whole process plus all the fees like a new tenant which is not fair unheard of in my 44 years of living I have never heard that you can’t move to another property.

The staff is very nice and the maintenance is very efficient! It’s sad the people living here don’t pick up mess left by dogs or trash they leave on the ground, this is a very nice apartment complex compared to others I have seen. I just would have liked to know I was paying for water when I first applied to live here and not be surprised by that. It

Been here since 2019, it is okay. The office staff has been great. Just wish my apt didn't have some issues like bugs and dirty neighbors that do not keep their hallways clean.
I love it here. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The complex is well taken care of. When we moved here it was one of the best experience I ever had. Thank you for the friendly atmosphere.

Apartments are very nice a lot better than where I was at also, the inside of the apartments are very big fancy closet big bathrooms, I just Love I think I made a good Choice.

I can’t wait to get out of this complex. Seem to have rules for some people but not others and I am really sick of it…… Between not making people clean up after their animals, fines for things like an empty box on my balcony and not enforcing the drug policy. It’s ridiculous!!

Maintenance crew is really good and on top of requests. The front office is very slow in responding and office phone just rings and rings. If you send them an email they won’t respond until 2 business days after. The additional fees are wack.

Since new management has been in place, we’ve felt more welcome in every way. Service has gotten better, they’ve worked with me in so many different situations when I needed assistance with my apartment. I am grateful for the staff and management.

Great place to live. It is centrally located in the DFW area, and the staff is always helpful. The neighbors are terrific as well. All the units have been updated with the best and most homey interiors.

I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. My daughter, who is renting her first apartment on her own for school, was assured that the unit would be clean and ready for her move-in. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were greeted by a strong, unpleasant cigarette smell. We had to keep the windows open and the door ajar just to move her belongings in. The situation worsened when my daughter had an allergic reaction to the smell on her first night. She had to wait until Monday to file a complaint, and when she did, the response was less than helpful. An inspection was conducted, but the outcome claimed that no odor was detected, which seemed unbelievable given the strong smell we had encountered. Now, my daughter is in a position where she cannot live in these conditions and has no alternative place to stay. To make matters worse, breaking the lease will result in her losing a significant amount of money. This situation has been handled poorly, and my daughter has been treated unfairly. I would not recommend this complex based on our experience. I gave 1 Star because 0 is not an option.
