Moving into NOVEL Val Vista has been an incredible experience! 5 stars. Highly recommend! From the moment I toured the property, I knew there was something special about this place. There is a unique energy and modern touches everywhere you look. High-end fixtures, a stylish backsplash, and beautiful dome pendant lights really make the units stand out from anything else in Gilbert, Arizona. From the moment I walked in, Maraya was absolutely fantastic and made the entire move-in process seamless and stress-free. The only thing you need to have turned on is the Internet through Cox; the rest is turnkey. Maraya was so helpful, professional, and genuinely kind, which made starting this new chapter so exciting. Kourtni was also amazing and brought such a welcoming and positive energy—her professionalism and kindness truly set the tone and will make you feel right at home. The apartments themselves are stunning! I was very excited to move into my unit. The staff was very helpful, Naomi provided excellent communication and her peers assisted when she was unavailable. Taylor was super helpful with filling in the gaps. My unit is beautiful and the community is clean. I love my new home! Thank you for making it a seamless process for me.

Do not rent here. I have had to submit 17 service requests in the 2 months living here. Its never fixed the first time and they always leave a mess behind for you to clean. I've also had a service request open for over 2 months and nothing done about.

Novel Val Vista is amazing! Kourtni made the leasing process so simple. Since the apartment we moved into is brand new, there were a couple of things that needed tweaking and Mark from maintenance was prompt and did an amazing job! Our experience here has been amazing!
