Novel Midtown

I’ve been living at Novel Midtown for over a year, and I truly enjoy it here. The community is always clean and has a fresh, pleasant scent throughout. The staff is friendly, and the amenities are well-maintained and convenient. Overall, I find the residents to be respectful, and I appreciate that it’s a very pet-friendly community. The only drawback is guest parking. The validation only covers two hours, which isn’t enough if family or friends—like my parents—are visiting. After that, they have to pay for parking, which can add up quickly. It would be great if the community offered annual or extended guest passes to make hosting visitors easier.

I recently moved to Atlanta and began looking for apartment buildings in the Midtown area. After touring several options, Novel stood out as the clear favorite. It was not only the most affordable, but also centrally located and filled with a wide variety of high-quality amenities that truly set it apart. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I wanted to make Novel my new home. Diego played a huge role in making that happen. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—answering all of my questions promptly and thoroughly, and guiding me through each step with professionalism and care. His responsiveness and attention to detail made the entire transition smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Diego and the amazing Novel team, moving to Atlanta has been an exciting and positive experience. I truly can’t recommend them enough to anyone considering a move to Midtown.

Novel Midtown has been one of the greatest, safest communities I’ve lived thus far while being in Atlanta. The staff especially Kaitlin made sure my move in was quick and easy. The building is also clean on both the inside and outside.

Novel has been one of the safest, cleanest most welcoming environments I’ve lived in within the City of Atlanta. The staff (maintenance to management) is top tier here. I highly recommend living here at NMA!

I truly brag on Novel ALL the time. I've been a resident in Greystar communities for over a decade, but Novel has outdone them all. The care and attention they have for their residents is 1/1 and I'm so grateful to have found this property!

Fix problems in the building. Building is poorly built, if there was an earthquake, I would not feel safe anywhere near this building. There are roaches and management does nothing to fix issues.

I viewed 12-15 apt buildings in Atlanta and decided to view Novel Midtown was one of the last few I would tour before making a final decision. Novel is definitely top of the list as far as amenities, location, really everything. I toured with Diego and he was the best leasing agent I have encountered during my search. You can tell he was genuinely invested into helping you make the best decision based on what you are looking for. He was patient, knowledgeable, and showed me units that fit what I needed AND he showed me units that I didn’t know I needed to see to make the best decision. I asked him 389489227 questions and he answered them professionally and timely. I came back and toured twice before making a final decision and Diego walked me and my friend through everything again. I filled out an application at Novel Midtown because it checked all the boxes and I can tell the staff (Diego) has your best interest at heart to make sure everything goes smoothly. I you interested in the area, definitely check out Novel Midtown and hope you get Diego. But im sure the other staff are great too. The ones I interacted with were all very helpful and inviting.

Diego provided us with an amazing experience from start to finish professional, timely and attentive. NOVEL Midtown offers amazing amenities and such an amazing location. 10/10 recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Diego. Our first tour when initially looking for a 3 bedroom went great. It was #1 on our apartment comparison list and stayed #1 the entire time that we came back for a 2 bedroom tour. We signed soon after! My roommate and I have been living here for about a month now with far from complaints. The building feels super safe and secure living in midtown, the management and maintenance are quick to respond and super friendly, and we love the amenities and events offered. Gone to the gym, rooftop, conference rooms, and pool every week so far! We live on the side of the building near the highway and we were so impressed that you can barely hear the noise of traffic below. Can't forget the great views. Looking forward to more months here.

Good amenities, Great Vibes, Many good community events, Awesome leasing and move-in experience, Helpful, professional leasing staff and concierge. The views are amazing. The unit is clean and comfy. Everything is well maintained. Highly recommend it.

The maintenance is great, however the management has not been great. There are always problems with the amenities and the parking deck gate has been broken for about 4 months.

My tour was done by the assistant leading director Lea! She was absolutely fantastic!! Had an answer to all our questions, the leading office felt very welcoming and the state of the rooms/amenities is immaculate!

My first few weeks at Novel have been great! I’ve attended one resident event so far, and am definitely looking forward to future ones. Parking has been a breeze. I love security of the building. The cleanliness is top notch. So many great things to say but to sum it up, I’m glad I chose to make Novel home!

If you’re looking for a place to live that has great quality and location then this is the place for you. Also, if you’re wanting to tour, ask for Diego. He is super helpful when asking questions and makes moving in easy.

I love the amenities and pricing can’t be beat for the area.

The property is beautiful. If you are thinking of doing a walk-through ask for Diego, he went above and beyond and really made our family feel this is a great place to live. 5 stars for the property, 10 stars for Diego!

Novel Midtown is a crown jewel in the Midtown neighborhood. Location, amenities, access to highways, and an easy, clean, peaceful, and quiet living environment. The team is fantastic and the property is managed very well.

I absolutely love the building and location is wonderful. Everyone in the building is very nice and the monthly events are always so much fun.

RAM is a terrible management company. Very unsecure building. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I just moved into Novel and the staff is outstanding. Davis from leasing has been incredibly helpful and proactive in making the move super smooth and answering all my questions. The building is terrific and all the appliances are brand new. The coffee shop downstairs is a great addition and provides a serene environment to work out of. Betty and Jasmine at the concierge are very friendly and helpful as well. I can’t envision a better resident experience and would definitely recommend to prospective residents.

To anyone looking for REAL luxury, I implore you to visit Novel Midtown. I say real because every community in Atlanta puts luxury in front of their name but rarely delivers. Novel Midtown has a steamroom, state of the art gym, breath taking rooftop, pet spa, and even a massage room with an in-house masseuse! I’ve lived here since it first opened and have even decided to upgrade my unit because I love this place so much. Now to the staff. Leslie, Steven, Brittney, Davis, and Monique are top notch. They really make you feel like family and I’m always greeted like I’m valued as a resident, not just a rent payment. Lastly, the quality of people that live here are amazing. The property has high standards for who lives here and you can tell right away. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

I toured quite a few "luxury" apartments in the Atlanta area before I arrived at Novel. Unfortunately, the other apartments did not look as nice in person as they did online, and failed to meet my expectations as to the professionalism of the staff. I wish I would have saved time and went to Novel first. Immediately upon arriving at Novel, I was very impressed by beauty of this building - as it is a true luxury apartment. Then, I was warmly welcomed and assisted by leasing agents Davis and Steven. I have since moved to Novel and I am very pleased with my decision to reside here. The amenities, staff, cleanliness, and apartment community as a whole are top-notch.

I recently moved in and had a lot of complications with furniture companies shipping things to my apartment while I was at work. The staff went above and beyond to help me get it all sorted out. My apartment is great and the best part is the friendly faces at the front desk every day.

With managers like Leslie and Monique and leasing agents like Steven and Brittany, you can ensure that your stay will be as comfortable as ever. And a special shoutout goes to the leasing agent Davis, who has always gone above and beyond to cater to residents' needs and has always shown great professionalism, hospitality, and friendliness. I’ve lived in Novel for the past 4 months and I love it! The front desk and leasing office is always very helpful and friendly. Davis in leasing has gone out of his way to help me multiple times when I’ve had questions. Would absolutely recommend living here. The coffee shop on the ground floor is really good and with Whole Foods across the street you basically have everything you need

New apartment building that opened up in 2022. I've been a resident for around half a year at the time of this posting and love many aspects of Novel Midtown. Davis, Ms.Betty, and the whole Novel staff are very welcoming and provide a very friendly atmosphere. I always get quick responses to any questions or issues that I have. Very convenient location, the garage exit on Williams St leads almost straight onto the I-75 expressway which I take to commute to work, it's also very close to many spots in Midtown. The apartment amenities are great and I try to take advantage of the gym, spa area, and the rooftop as much as possible.
