Novel Cary is a good apartment to suit your needs with still issues with cleanliness and maintenance from neighbors and facilities. Location and pricing are good considering the combined community events organized by neighbors and amenities.

We really like our floor plan at Novel Cary. The team is professional & friendly. Only draw back is no option to recycle. Trash & cardboard only.

I've been living here for a short time and truly appreciate the welcoming community atmosphere. The staff, especially Ayla who gave me the initial tour, have been outstanding, friendly and very professional. Zac also did an amazing job welcoming me and going over all the move in stuff on moving day. The amenities are excellent, and my apartment feels like home. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but they were resolved quickly and with care. I love that I get to call Novel Cary home.

Novel Cary is incredible! Between the multiple grill area, work from home space, dog park, two-story gym, board game tables, and the community kitchen, it is very easy to feel at home here. The community is outgoing enough to feel welcomed, but not keeping you up late at night. The location is also a highlight - right off 55 and with just about every grocery store close by. It couldn't be more perfect

For the most part quiet/ low level of airplane noise. So far it’s been safe, and the grounds are kept very clean. It would be nice, if there were screens on the windows.

I really appreciate how quiet the apartment complex is, with minimal outside noise, creating a peaceful living environment. I also enjoy both the exterior and interior design, particularly the kitchen layout. The spacious cabinets with customizable shelves are a great feature, and the large fridge and freezer offer plenty of room. Additionally, the big sink is very convenient for daily use. I especially love the spacious countertops, including the two corner areas, which provide ample space for cooking and organizing.

This is an absolutely lovely community. I was so impressed with my visit here, that no other apartment was going to be acceptable after that. In no apartment have I ever had the luxury of the storage options here. The community area is amazing, and I am proud to host my friends for a casual gathering that is impressive and comfortable. It's a great place to live! You don't have to travel far to get anything you need! I would like to especially call out Marina and Zach for their kindness, graciousness, and attention to requests and prompt responses prior to my arrival and thereafter.

I absolutely love my apartment. It is compact and perfect for me in a one bedroom. I have never seen so much storage in a compact space. The appliances are lovely, very up to date. The security of the smart locks and the inner entryways to the apartments give me more peace of mind than ever! The valet trash is very convenient. Beautiful landscaping. Obvious community is obvious with the lavish spaces for our use. Comfy seating areas, gorgeous pool, community cooking classes, Saturday breakfasts, and 18 choices of coffees from a dispenser, even cold brew up front!!??? What??? The leasing staff are hospitable and informative. Last but not least, my favorite businesses, restaurants, fast food, the best grocery stores and even an authentic French bakery are less than a mile away! This is apartment heaven.

Novel Cary is a great community, however due to the lack of 24 hour security please be prepared to pay car insurance deductibles due to car break ins caused by local delinquents.

I’ve been here for a while, and since moving here have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is amazing and friendly. Additionally, they care about the community, and the amenities here are great too. Atmosphere means a lot to me, and this vibe is worth tuning into.

NOVEL Cary has to be my favorite community I've lived at. The culinary lifestyle and events are incredible! The staff and Apartment Life team really do a wonderful job giving this place a warm community feel and the apartments are BEAUTIFUL! I am so happy to call NOVEL Cary home. You will not regret renting here.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay thus far at Novel Cary. The property is beautiful, and the staff are attentive. I have an apartment facing the wooded area, and there is a mini trail that I enjoy taking whenever I want to get to the amenity area. In addition to that, the appliances are Samsung (all of them) and I love that. I'm so glad I moved here.

We have lived in numerous communities and none have EVER compared to Novel. As the name suggests, the living experience here is new and like nothing we’ve ever experienced. The design throughout the property is thoughtful and elevated and the amenities are just as amazing. Perhaps the best part of living here is the feeling of community that is created through the many elevated complex events like brunch, yoga, how-to cooking classes, weekly chefs, etc. If you are looking for luxury with a down to earth, community feel then look no further. You will NOT be disappointed!
