The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Nova View
Stacy is the best landlord she's helpful and friendly and will help you with anything best place to live i think never had any problems living here it was bad but with stacy as a landlord she took care of everything so dont think anything bad about this place this place is way better than any where in Albuquerque
If you chose to rent her I recommend only staying here for 1 year. If you resign your lease they're gonna raise your rent 150 dollars out of no where. My apartment is not worth that price. They keep leaving notices about changing the ac air filters, one at the beginning of May, and on at the beginning of June. It is now July and still no one has changed them. Cockroaches all over the place. Small parking lot. Get home before midnight or you will be parking on the street, and they do nothing about the two small dogs that bark constantly. Not to mention the cracks in the walls near some apartments and the pool is still closed while other places are opening theirs.
Bad neighborhood. A lot of gang activity and drug deals. Crime is really bad. Then there are the roaches and the fact that you will be without air conditioning until the middle of summer. No management ever on site. Rhino ruined this complex. I would suggest staying far away.
