There may have been a handful of issues over the 3 years, but most of them were resolved within the week or were being worked on. Never had an issue with the residents or workers at Northumberland. Jennifer was a great, helpful landlord.
QUIET, WELL-KEPT BY PROPERTY MNGMT, CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEAR SHOPPING, RESTAURANTS, GROCERY STORES, AND HEALTH FACILITIES. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS RELIABLE, KIND, AND FAIR. OVER 4 1/2 YEARS I'VE NEVER ENCOUNTERED ANYTHING BUT SECURITY, CONSIDERATION, AND COMFORT. IT'S A GENIUNELY NICE SPACE TO LIVE IN
I’ve lived here for 5 years ! It’s secure and quiet place . They keep the buildings and outside clean and if need maintenance they fix problems right away and it’s close to stores.and Restaurants. It’s a great place to live!

I started renting here this year, and it's a very nice, quiet apartment building. The manager Jennifer is responsive and welcoming.
I am so happy I found NorthUmberland. I feel secure and have met some amazing neighbors so far. The area has everything I need in walking distance. Including my church. And the staff has been tremendous help in this new journey of my life.
