Always prompt! I was having problems with the water not draining in my tub. I put in a maintenance request. Right away the next morning they came and fixed the problem! Maintenance is awesome!!

Leak The guys who fixed the leaking pipe did an excellent job.

Maintenance is the best!! I was trying to leave but my key wouldn't go in the lock. I spoke to one of the gals in the office. She helped me fill out a form. Then they came over shortly there after and fixed it right away!

Pilot light I called and asked the office a question they put in a work order and they were there within an hour, amazingly friendly and always friendly

Fixed my air conditioning problem and went above and beyond fixing anything else.

Maitenence staff are clueless, disrespectful, and take ages to show up. Office personnel promise callbacks that never happen. Appliances are ancient, mosquitos stalk the grounds in literal clouds, children constantly dump trash and scream through the halls, the "secure" back door is left open multiple times a day until 2 am or later every single day but despite weeks of photos, reports, and time stamps no one has done a thing about it or even responded to my emails. The snow was never shoveled after the last big snow and they left it to melt on its own, and most irritating any time the weather looks like it might get slightly cool they kill your AC. Nobody tells you they did it, you just notice that your AC has been running for the whole day and that it's 80 degrees in your apartment because they went and turned off the condenser. Your paying for every minute of that too. You pay the electricity bill. I've had this fight with tbem multiple times a year every year for several years and they do not care about your happiness or safety. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

The apartments are well maintained, clean, and relatively calm in comparison to other places I've lived. Would absolutely recommend!

I was worried by how large the complex was that it would be loud, more people would mean harder to maintain a clean appearance. I am pleased with how the building and grounds are maintained. The new innovated Luxer Packaging System is a new amenity I definitely appreciate having. My only complaint is the tight parking areas. Large complex often leads to more cars. Good place to rent!

I like it. I live in the renovated apartments and they're nice. I get what I pay for and I enjoy living here.

Disappointed in this property. It is right next to the wetlands, the mosquitoes are TERRIBLE. Balcony wasn't usable because of the mosquito problem. The commons area floods every time it rains. The building I lived in had a cockroach issue which wasn't properly addressed, went on for months, which was the ONLY reason I moved out. They still required me to fulfill my lease obligation. I cleaned my apartment before turning in my keys, and they gave me very minimal explanation as to why they withheld deposit money. They charged me for carpet cleaning, painting and cleaning even though I left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in! The maintenance staff were not always knowledgeable enough to fix the problem the first time or to know when they just need to contract in an expert. Onsite laundry facility that was right next to my apartment didn't work the entire year I lived there and the staff did nothing to correct it or offer a refund for the money I wasted in the laundry machines. The apartment manager does everything possible to avoid conflict. I can honestly say I lived there 12 1/2 months and never formally met the manager, instead he relied on his office staff and leasing agents to handle issues. Secured building doors don't necessarily secure themselves. Inside of my apartment, my appliances were old. I did not have a self-cleaning oven so it was nearly impossible to clean. My dishwasher flooded my kitchen 6 times before they finally decided it was time to replace it, and they replaced it with another dishwasher that was just as old. The walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation my college neighbor had in his room opposite of my bedroom wall. He wasn't even talking in a loud voice! I could hear their TV, music, vacuum cleaner, etc. just as I am sure they could hear mine. Parking was great in certain areas, a little congested in others. I liked how the mailboxes were secured. The office staff were generally always friendly and helpful, and I believe them to be empathetic to issues that came up trying their best to be prompt and attentive. I loved the clubhouse, the fitness center, the swimming pool, dog run. However, that wasn't enough, and I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone looking for a new place to live. Oh...this listing is outdated. They stopped offering free cable months ago.

Moved into these apartments 25JAN2016. Upon moving in I noticed that the apartment had a lot of wear and tear and the appliances worked but definitely could have been replaced. Dishwasher didn't clean very well and the fridge was loud and would freeze food on the top shelf and the food at the bottom would barley be cold. Also the carpet had a huge burn mark so I had to put an area rug in to hide it. The apartment walls are thin; I could hear both neighbors T.V's and when they got loud I could hear them talk through the walls. Moving out was a big ordeal. I gave them the required 30 day notice with my new forwarding address only to be called 5 days later asking for my new address. I gave them this over the phone and also wrote it on the envelope that contained my keys when I moved out. I got a phone call 3 days after I moved out asking for my new address again and stating how my apartment was the cleanest they've seen....I told her I would email it so they could have a hard copy because this would be the 4th time giving them my new address. After 30 days I didn't receive my deposit back so I called and they told me they were waiting on the painters and told me to call back next week. Nebraska state law says they have 14 days to return your deposit. After a week I got the same story, that they were waiting on their cleaners. I was told I would get a delay letter and I never did. 63 days after moving out I received my deposit. I was charged for carpet cleaning/paint & labor/ cooktop drip pans. I only received 80 dollars of my 350 dollar deposit, even after being told my apartment was the cleanest they've seen on move out. I would avoid living here their rent costs are extremely high and the quality isn't there. hope this helps everyone! There are other complexes very close that are way cheaper and better quality. hope this helps everyone!

My boyfriend and I were in these apartments for a year with our small dog. Whenever something needed attention or fixed they came and did it in a timely manner. The staff in the office is extremely nice and the property is kept up very well. Great neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend
