Approximately 15 minutes from Sioux City, Iowa, North Sioux City has a charming, small-town feel right outside a major metro. The easy way to travel inside or outside the city limits is by way of I-29, which passes directly through. Take I-29 down and you’ll find the Two Rivers Golf Club, Riverside Park, and War Eagle Park for a fun-filled day outdoors.
Situated in the northern half of the Great Plains, the landscape is very much flat – with the exception of a few rolling hills – and suitable for farmlands. There are many restaurants and casinos here, mostly corralled on Military Road. McCook Lake extends almost seven miles from the western border. Lovely and Clean
I have toured all 3 of the buildings in this complex. They are clean and well-maintained. I also found the Manager to be very friendly and so helpful. I love that it is so secure and close to medical offices. Hopefully I will be able to move there.

Horrible!!!
Would give zero stars if I could!!! Do not put your elders here! We had winter storm no one came to shovel, check on the tenets for 2 days! This is an 55 year or older semi-assured living. My mom went outside the second day sidewalks were not shoveled yet. She ended up falling and not being able to get up! She sat outside for almost in hour in the snow!! I happened to come over to dig her car out and found her thank GOD! Management is a joke! Sounded drunk when I called! City Manager at City Hall called them after I filed a complaint and finally someone showed up to start doing sidewalks after I shoveled outside of her door and almost to her car.
