Northlake Manor

Been here a few years and seen management change, but what didn’t change were the poor conditions and bad management regardless of who was in office. The apartments are infested with roaches and nothing is done about it, the parking is terrible, nothing is ever fixed, and there is no security whatsoever here. In my time being here I have seen cars broken into, tires/rims robbed, entrance/exit gates broken for weeks at a time (safety hazard), and terrible service from employees. It has been nothing but a headache living here and if I could prevent someone from moving here and making a big mistake I will. As the tenant you should be taken care of, prioritized, and listened to, but here at northlake manor you get none of those. Apartments have been infested with roaches for a long time. cars have been broken into and robbed multiple times, and not to mention the laundry facility hardly ever works good this has been an issue I’ve dealt with since moving in. Due to all of these problems people have had plenty of complaints of this place, and nothing is ever done. No cameras are put up, no security guards at night, no steady maintenance, no bug control and no care is shown at this establishment. The worst apartments I have ever had any kind of experience with. Please to anyone who is reading this avoid this place as much as you can because no paying tenant should ever go through what the residents go through here.

This property is NOT worth what they charge in rent. Move here if you enjoy rat and roach infestations, trash overflow, broken entrance and exit gates, pot holes in the parking lot, subpar apartment management. Also the amenities listed on the front page are a LIE... There's no clubhouse or lounge. Just the little front office. Don't waste your time or hard earned money. I'm an actual person. Posting this review.

The apartments speak for themselves. The maintenance is great and on time with fixing things. The Manager Denise she is also awesome couldn't ask for a better manager.

I love it great staff. Also great location close to my job and daycare for my baby girl. I love that is also close to my pets day care. I like it because it is pet friendly. They have an amazing pool and great pool furniture! ??

My apartment is awesome. I love that is on the first floor and it has flooring. The kitchen is so spacious for me and my husband when we cook. Our son loves his room is so spacious and the community is pet friendly so Rocky is our dog and he loves his new home as well.

I love living here great staff. Ana has been awesome always very helpful and Belen as well. They always answer our questions and let us know if we have packages at the office. I love it because is close to my regular stores and also my kids school. I totally recommend this

The community is very spacious and also very close to my job is also close to my kids school. I love it because they can get the bus and get dropped off. The best part is the staff is always very nice and always fixing any issues I have. Parking is awesome they have carports. I love that I can reserve a parking spot.

Love living here Ana is always very nice and they do great events for the residents! Love that they are a gated community. Maintenace is 24/ 7 always fixing stuff correctly and making sure to keep the property very clean.

I love that this is a very nice place. I live where the community is located close to beltway 8 and close to 59. I love that I have several options and close stores to go. I love that Ana is always so nice and makes sure my work orders get done. My neighbors are always so nice. Maintenance os 24/7 they fix the issue quickly and correctly. It so quiet at night as well. I love living here feels like home.

I love my new home is Perfect. The location is perfect and close to the stores I go to. They are HUMBLE ISD District. I love that they do pick up and drop off for my child he does come in the bus and where they drop off the kids is a safe area. I love the staff is awesome and very nice. Maintenance do such a great job. They came by to fix an issue and it was fixed right. They have a laundry facility and it is always kept clean and always working. They have a pool and is always clean even in winter time. They do great events at the office or outside the community. I love living here.

Ana, the property manager, is amazing. She takes very good care of everyone that walks through the door.

Me and my daughter love our new home! We definitely love the community is very quiet! Very lit up at night! Great parking spaces which I love because we don’t have to walk that far speacially at night. We live that it has 24 hr maintenance since we are girls we don’t know much about maintenance. They fix any issues quick. Love that the staff is very nice and very informative with everything. I did a great decision moving in to this apartments love the area! It’s a small community! Very lit up property & also very nice interior! It was a very smooth process and always very helpful and they gave left me a present bag inside my apartment with things for my new home! Love the bag & love being a Rockstar resident. They are also pet friendly and I love the resident event they are having this month, it’s a patio contest who can decorate their patio the spookiest! I Just love it here and the best part is HUMBLE ISD!

I love my new place is a 2 bedroom 1 half bathroom! I love it because my visitors have a restroom to use. I love that my kids room is very spacious and also the community is well taken care of. I came by too tour the property I left amazed! The property looks a little old but the interior looks amazing love! Like they say don’t judge it’s book by its cover! I love it, i did apply and moved in the next week! I loved that the process was so fast everything is online and the lady in the office was amazing with us ! They even put a welcoming bag inside your apartment ! Love it they do have great residents events!
