My Wife and I have moved into our two bedroom apartment and we really like our new home. The entire staff that works here are the nicest people and all are doing everything they can to help us settle in and feel at home. All the common areas are clean and well maintained, simply put this is a great place to live. I just signed a new lease! I’ve been here for 12 years and love it, just like my first day many years ago. The location is perfect, you have everything you need close by. I feel very secure here, the fob system and garage were and still are very good selling points.

The property could be cleaner. Trash left in the hallway makes the hallways smell horrible. When the trash isn’t picked up residents leave it in the hallway unit the following night. The parking garage isn’t safe. There have been multiple breakins..

I've lived at North City 6 for a year now and I will say I never want to live in a community without event coordinators!! Keevin and Tyra do an amazing job planning events every month often with food and sometimes giveaways! They also have listened to individuals in the community, helping them to host and get the word out about extra events like Friday board game night! I love the community here and hope to stay for a long time!!

So far so good here at NorthCity6! It's quite, safe, comfortable and spacious. No bugs,, no fire alarm issues, no smelly or loud dogs...simple and comfortable.

Residents are smoking pot in the hallways in a no smoking building. Maintenance team is terrific. They respond very quickly. Great office team. Pretty good apartment complex overall.

I am going Into my fourth year at North City 6 And I still love it here as much as I did when I first moved in. The complex is very clean, the new updates are refreshing, and the staff and residents are extremely friendly and helpful. They also have not raised the rent so much that the average hard-working individual can no longer afford to live here. I would highly recommend North City 6.

Since new managment has taken over there has been a sharp decline in properly managing this complex. The security system has been inoperable for a number of weeks -not accaeptable. The fire alarm continues to go off at all hours of the day or night - not acceptable. The gym and lounge have been out of commission for months now - this was a four week renovation that has dragged on - I know I am in the business. The coffee machine has worked for me twice in the last six months - bush league. And now you want to raise my rent? - not acceptable. I am not at all pleased with this community anymore. Get your act together.
They’ve redone the office and community spaces but nothing in the main apartment. Office is bright and clean with new lighting fixtures, paint and flooring. Meanwhile the halls in the apartments look like dungeons with ugly light fixing, dirty worn out carpet and very dark paint.
Everyone has been so nice and welcoming, we are looking forward to our time here! The front office has been nothing but helpful, and the reidents I’ve met so far are very nice people!

I think this building is one of the most secure in this area but almost to a fault. The doors have been broken for months, half of them do not let you in at all. Very well kept and beautiful exterior and I have never had an issue other than the doors!

overall good experience with the community so far. they definitely try and keep all tenants engaged. i did have something broken when moving in and waiting for that to be fixed
I do not like North City 6 apartments and I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. I have only lived here for 4 months and I know for sure I am moving when my lease is up. The fire alarm goes off at least once per month and it stays on for an hour or more in the middle of the night. Some Tenants let their pets go in the parking garage.I went to the office to let them know they said they would look at the cameras in the parking garage. If there are cameras in the parking garage and you can see whose doing it why wouldn't you just ask the tenant to take their dog to the designated areas to potty. They sent out a community email. The front office will tell you they are fixing an issue and not do it.I know there are no perfect apartments but this is by far my worst apartment experience. The fire alarm issue is the worst who wants to work all day come home for a few hours and then go stand outside all night when you have work the next day.
Highly disappointed with the new management company. Constant false fire alarms. Key entry systems that do not work. Beeping fire systems panels throughout the building. And complaints that fall on deaf ears. Lobby renovation that really should have been a month's worth of work has lasted for almost 3 months and still not complete. They could have built a house in that time frame. We have had no access to our gym and/business office during this time. One positive? We got new trash valet that picks up trash everyday. Oh, and the couple that plans the social events are great.
Move in was nice and easy and neighbors have been great! The service with the leasing office was helpful and to the point they answered any and all questions we had and timely at that.

I’ve lived here for a year and so far it’s been great. It’s a quiet community, in a great location, and has cute monthly events. Also, the parking is a huge selling point for me! Maintenance is good, they respond within a day or so. I haven’t had any issues.

Disappointed. We are forced to pay for trash pick up yet they never come at the same time so some days you completely miss them. They decided to renovate both the hang out room and fitness areas at the same time, so we have no amenities. Garbage area is gross, there are rats now. Coffee machine was switched to an older model which is awful.
Since the new management and Arlington properties took over (about 9 months ago), we have experienced a lot of chaos at North City 6. The fire alarm is completely out of control (we were up at 1am last night because of it) and it will go off at any time, with little explanation. The trash is sometimes not picked up and the pick up hours are very random, which sometimes leaves the trash out in the hallway along with the many bugs. Also, not enough effort is made to encourage recycling. We pay monthly for pest control, yet you have to make an appointment a week in advance to get pest control to come and spray for 10 seconds. The pool hours are not being enforced and the week nights & weekends can get loud. The pool opens around noon on Monday for some "cleaning", which makes no sense. We do not have access to the gym for months, due to some lengthy renovations. Gym equipment has been removed and it is a mess right now. The management sent out an email weeks ago to say that they would find a solution for those who use the gym, but absolutely nothing was done. This is part of the rent, yet we have no gym, and no compensation was offered. Break-ins in the parking lot do happen since there are no gates. The key fob entry system often does not work. Parking is scarce since any random delivery drivers now park in the residents' spots. Packages get lost all the time; you'll have to contact Amazon on a frequent basis because not much will be done to recover your package. We used to have an online community exchange, which was great, but this has been removed. The list goes on and on... Overall, I feel that there is a lack of respect for the tenants, and a general lack of care with poor and conflicted communication. The rent is too high to put up with all of these inconveniences, and I would not recommend North City 6 unless you enjoy living in chaos.

I’m not very happy with the new property management. The maintenance people are not knowledgeable about fixing stuff. I still have plumbing issues that have not been resolved. The maintenance people are very rude when you are trying to explain things to them.

Since the new management came on board, the lifestyle has changed in a downward spiral. The property is not as maintained as it used to be. The garage hasn't been cleaned or power washed. The response from management is usually no response. They don't follow through with rules and regulations, example: if you say trash containers are to be removed by 9am or you will be accessed $25, then do it. Some containers are left out multiple days.

The best place I’ve moved in to by far! The staff is beyond accommodating and helpful. The property is so well kept! I live it here! The move in process became just a lil stressful and they immediately fixed the issue!

I have had a good experience. The amenities like the pool and gym are nice. The fire alarms going off frequently and the elevator being broken often aren’t great. The proximity to north hills is incredible.

Great community, great location. Quiet community. Apartments are older but renovated. They are also a nice size with character. The only downfall is the energy bill is sky high in the winter months. The leasing office claims they have no control over that. Otherwise, I don’t have any complaints.

Has gone downhill since the new management. Trash area is a mess and has rats (wasn’t nearly that bad before). Coffee machine is either always dirty or not stocked properly. I asked for a copy of my lease days ago via email, no response for days, it’s not listed on the portal. Was decent for the price 3 years ago, but not now especially since our apartment hasn’t been renovated since they build it.
Good apartment complex. Friendly staff. Good neighborhood close to all services, Crabtree Mall, grocery stores, pharmacies, North Hills theater, gas stations, and more.
