Professional and efficient crew I work from home and the crew that showed up was magnificent while I was on a meeting they were mindful of the noise they were making and even took care to disable my smoke detector to avoid it going off due to the map gas overall I am very satisfied with the service I hope everyone has a great day bye

Dryer Maintenance staff was excellent. Very timely and efficient. Maybe a little better communication between desk staff, resident and maintenance would be better. Northbrook has numerous ways to communicate with me but never do. To find out the status of any issue, I have to contact them rather than the front desk being proactive keeping me up-to-date. Front desk gets a C-. Maintenance gets an A .

The Best! We have the BEST maintenance team. They were here to fix my overhead kitchen light in less than 30 minutes from the time I submitted the maintenance report. They replaced everything, I have a much brighter kitchen now! Thank you!

Fixing my A/C I made a request in the late evening on a Thursday that my A/C wasn’t working. By the time I came home from work that Friday it was back online and I haven’t had a problem since. Props to the maintenance department!
Request Fast response to maintenance request. The problem was handled efficiently and effectively.
Wonderful complex, extremely helpful and courteous staff, easy process from pre-application to move in.
Leaky pipes Once again, Northbrook maintenance shows they ROCK! The are fast, accurate, and friendly.
Dishwasher Maintenance guy did a really good job fixing my apartment’s dishwasher.
Maintenance Maintenance here are very quick to respond and took care of my issue.
Great Carpet Cleaning! The techs were very friendly and professional. When they arrived, I went to a local restaurant to have some breakfast. When I came home, they were leaving. My apartment now looks like I just moved in!

One of the worst places I have ever lived. A neighbor’s cigarette and marijuana smoke were coming into my apartment and the management did nothing. I was ignored and it continued. I moved to another property by the same management, CIP, and they still took my deposit. Some homeless drug addict was living in a detached garage across from me and the only time anything was done when when I finally spoke up about all the strange men visiting her at all hours. Disgusting. This place is noisy. Thin walls, thin floors. You can hear noises and loud music, even when you're trying to sleep. My hallway reeked of weed and cigarettes. What a nightmare!

Renting apartment Everyone was so friendly and helpful during my stay if you ever needed anything they were there to help.. Want to comment on Josh he helped me with everything from the day I moved in until the day I left. Very outstanding and friendly employee you should be very proud him!
Maintenance Keeps Me Here! When I moved to Lincoln three years ago my plan was to rent for a year, then buy my own home. I have not done any home searching and have no plans to because a) the Northbrook community is so nice, and b) Maintenance has spoiled me! I like staying here knowing if there is any problem, and expert will be at my door (usually in a matter of minutes) to take care of it. Thanks so much!
