Prompt, Communicative, and Easy The lease renewal process was prompt - the office sent us a notice months in advance about an increase in rent and to ask if we were planning to renew our lease or not. The entire process was online, which made it easy to sign the renewed list and get a copy of all the documents. And when the time came to start the new lease we received message about the upcoming changes to our rent and payment schedules. It was all very easy.

Maintenance They were very respectful, and courteous when in my home. Diagnose. The problem and solved it quickly, I appreciate that. Very good service.

Maintenance I had an excellent experience with having my toilet replaced. It was turned completely off to stop farther leaking. Was told when it would be replaced and was done on time

Great Renewal Process! The renewal process was smooth, easy, and virtual all the way through!

I love the fact that when I put a ticket in, they jump on it right away and the maintenance men are always so courteous. Also they keep the grounds immaculate.

I have been living here since 2021. We've enjoyed having a safe, well-lit, and communal friendly environment. I love people watching from the balcony that faces that parking lot. And my neighbors have been pleasant. NW has one of the best maintenance teams I've ever experienced living in apartments. They're responsive. It helps to keep reminding them so your need doesn't fall through the cracks. But once it's on their list, the maintenance team will try to respond to your needs. One note: We've undergone several changes in office management in recent years. And we were only advised once about the incoming personnel change. It would be courteous to let tenants know when there will be a change like that in the community.

Great place to make home

I'm happy with my decision to move here , however I didn't get everything I anticipated which caused some minor inconveniences but the apartment is very nice.

I lived here with my 3 daughters and we loved it! Extremely spacious, clean and well- kept. The only reason I left this neighborhood is due to me getting a home. Out of any complex I've lived in, this is by far the nicest, most well run complexes in Indy. The maintenance came the same day of any issue I ever had, which was rare, and were always friendly and efficient. The property manager, Tori, knew me by name and even called me to check on me after an incident I was upset about that had nothing to do with the complex. If you are looking for a place to call home, this is most definitely where you need to be!

The apartments are nice it's quite but you have to fight for a parking space near your apartment and management let cars sit in the same parking spots for months without being moved and expired tags makes it hard for residents that do move their cars to park closer to home.

I truly adore my apartment. The area is quiet. The maintenance is swift. Staff are helpful. The rent his higher than what I've ever paid, but, I never want to leave.

These apartments are great! They keep the complex looking beautiful and clean, they have 24 hour maintenance, the property manager is sweet and understanding and she tries to be familiar with all residents, they send newsletters and updates frequently and it's a quiet neighborhood (not too many people outside and no unfamiliar cars/too many cars). The only downside is that it's a no pet community but that's not too bad because that aides in the cleanliness and quietness of the neighborhood. I don't have any complaints!
