North Creek Apartments

Nice clean community with accessable nature trail! Love the in unit washing and drying machines. Spacious rooms as well as my own balcony don't have to share balcony space with neighbors.

Property management is good and gets things done. When you call for something to get done and it gets done. They are very nice and they keep property clean and well maintained.

Moving into North Creek Apartments was simple. The front office staff was friendly and accommodating. We were assigned a parking spot that was already taken, but they were responsive to our needs. Thanks for making things easy.

It’s such a nice neighborhood. We love our apartment. Just wish the hot tub was clean :( we went into it once and there was dirt and leaves everywhere

The office people were great and super helpful during move day. I did need 3 new appliances on day 1 but it got sorted out super quick. Walls are a little thin but it could be worse. The parking can be annoying since I live in a building where if there are no close spots then I have to park across the complex. Overall not very many complaints so far.

I like the place....and now we have a better manager congratulations l see some problems into the swimming pool but they fixed l like the hot tub all year

Management is a little iffy but the apartment it’s self is perfect I love the tall cellings and the amenities are fairly decent! Everyone in the community so far is very respectful and I like that there is assigned parking as well as guest parking

The area inside the apartment complex is fairly nice and I feel safe. The staff and manager Marcus have always been super helpful and reliable

Great experience, was a fast and easy process for this move. Staff was great, Marcus especially helped me through out the whole moving process.

I love living here. I get along with my neighbors. The staff in the office is awesome and Maintenance response to work orders on time. And I would definitely refer this apartment community to my friends and family

Marcus and Jodan have made the move-in experience perfect. The maintenance crew has done a wonderful job at fixing my requests. My son and I really have enjoyed our 1st month here and look forward to spending our future here.

I don't understand the parking rules, but I do like how well the lighting is at night on property. Office personnel are very friendly and helpful and area are clean.

It’s a decent place to live at, for the most part it’s pretty safe and quiet some days. It’s a shame people can’t act right so the pool can stay open year round like it used to.

We moved here from a way smaller apartment for a lot more money, and I have to say we are much happier here, with more space, similar amenities, and paying less. Marcus is very friendly and professional, and it’s clear that maintenance staff has changed or maybe increased. Every request I’ve submitted recently has been addressed quickly.

Move in was simple and fast. Having a reserved spot helps out a lot. Don't have to worry about a spot being available in the middle Olof the night. Rooms are big and spacious.

I have been living here for a couple of weeks, there are not perfect apartment communities but for now I am happy with my choice of moving here. The neighborhood is quiet, the apartments are spacious and with a modern look. Also, the staff is friendly and I love that the parking lot is well illuminated at night so I feel safer than my previous place.

There is always trash outside of the dumpsters, there are Rats running around, the other day my son went to throw the trash and he almost stepped on a big dead rat, and worst of all recently my car was broken into the broke the Lock on my door handle and broke the ignition over night while we were sleeping, so we woke up to a useless car on Christmas Eve, where is the security and I hear it happens all the time from other residents , It’s very likely I’ll be moving out as soon as my lease is up.

If you can, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. The communication from management is very poor and has gone downhill. When Mikayla was here, she was excellent at letting us know what was going on and gave ample notice. It's very hard to get a call back or to get a hold of staff, it's almost like no one is ever there.

So far, this place is amazing. Great price, great area, great management, lovely layout. I would definitely recommend at least checking out this place if you're looking somewhere nice to live.

Love it and love my unit.. it’s so quiet and safe for my kids I also love that we’re on the bottom floor. I would definitely refer and friend or family member.

The office guy is very nice. Management is never around. Then respond to emails. Communication is very weak. They never let the residents know what’s going on until it’s ready to happen.

Staff was just super friendly and attentive to us. We are super thankful. Their response to our questions were always honest and prompt. Anytime I they missed my call I got a call back. It will ALWAYS appreciate the little things.

Very nice place. Management is not on site often but the guy in the office is very nice. Lack of communication to tenants. Emails are not sent out often.

It's been a fair experience. We have all noticed a change in office staff and management, so it has been very confusing as to who is working there at this time. It would be nice to see some introductory emails about who is joining the office team and their functions. Also, it would be nice for the key fob issue to be resolved. I've gone a couple of times to get it resolved and keep being told that the system is down.

At first it was a little rocky at the move time, but in the past month things got a little better, I started to receive responses from the management. Apartment was still a little dirty on move in, and some things weren’t installed and still aren’t, there was dead bugs everywhere which I ended up cleaning, and paint marks, the make ready team should do a little better or they should be allowed more time to be able to get them up to a good clean and put together standard, parking was a mess when I moved in but it seems they got that figured out, I like the apartment tho.

The apartment is amazing Marcus the leasing manager was awesome. Made my move. One of my best moves yet fast and easy with no problems. I definitely will recommend the property to anyone who’s looking for a nice place to live.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The lcoation is close to shopping and transportation.

With this new management everything is getting slow, it's really difficult to have maintenance come to your apartment, office never answer the phone, and you have to be really careful making your rent payments because your money order can get lost. Reserve parking spaces are always taken by visitors and you need to find another one which is really hard because the parking lot is always full, management is not doing anything about it. I really hope management can improve their skills.

Inside of apartments are nice, has all the amenities I was looking for, but the exterior stairs and hallways are very dirty and littered. The leasing office is also pretty disorganized. I had to schedule 3 different apartment tours before I could actually see one. They didn’t have any information about the dimensions of the rooms or any information on parking. But they were very flexible and able to get us in on our very short schedule move. Also very affordable.

Pretty solid experience for a 2nd-year resident. Overall it's been a good experience so no major complaints. The staff is pretty friendly!!!

The location is great and near everything, and the new trail being constructed is gonna be nice to enjoy once it's done. The pool is nice and blue and ready for summer swims

I’m not sure if there has been a change in upper management or not but now it seems like it’s now becoming impossible to get stuff fix in our apartment once we submit a work order. We have neighbors across the way who constantly have their dogs outside at all times in the am/pm barking (which does get old, especially for the ones who works graveyard shifts). You definitely can tell things have changed for sure. The first couple years have been amazing when we did our renewal but now, we are definitely unsure at this time.

When we first moved in it was great. The office was a pleasure to work with, maintenance was on point, they were the best apartments we'd ever lived in. Then something happened, I'm not sure what, but suddenly they couldn't keep people, there was a new office manager every couple of weeks it seemed and maintenance became lax. 3,4 weeks to have simple requests resolved and lets not forget how they tried to price us out. Previously rent had gone up maybe $50 to $80. At renewal time this last go round they tried to increase rent $400. We were able to talk them down a couple hundred but we still could varely afford that. These apartments are far from luxurious and not even close to the value that they charge for rent here

While I had a very rough start to moving here, never could get a call back to schedule, online appointment were a no show, I’m guessing that was technology issues. As well as once I signed my lease and got my keys, when I entered the unit had not been turned and was a chaotic mess. With that all said, once I brought things to Mikyla’s attention she quickly had maintenance in working on getting everything completed, this was on a Tuesday, by Thursday afternoon the vast majority was completed and was move in ready by Friday afternoon when I got off work. Still some detail stuff, but that’s just normal. Communication along the process was superb. And I thank Mikyla for taking care of everything and crediting me for the days till it was ready.

Nice place to live, we have been living here for almost 10 months, and is a very quiet place. In some other places you need to park in the street, but here we have lot of spaces to park, sometimes you cannot park in front of your building, but you can still finding parking in the property.

Super friendly staff, great location to be in, walking trails behind the complex, and overall a decent area to live in. No major complaints on my end.

Car alarms, garbage trucks, loud annoying neighbors that have domestic disputes at night.

I love this location, not to far from downtown or the mountains and the community here is amazing. I love the heated pool and hot tub and the staff are amazing to me.

There are apartments with no steps, and it is a safe place to live. Also, access to the walking trails in the open area are a draw for people.

Went almost a week without a way to prepare food, no thought was given to how the lack of an oven/stove would impact our daily life.

Moving from Texas, the staff went above and beyond to make everything easier for my move in. There were one or two minor maintenance requests that were quickly addressed. Great community.

I would recommend it is a great and safe community to live.

Let's start with the noise. The walls and floors are so thin, so paper-like, that you will hear all your neighbors' arguments. You will even hear them sneezing. You will especially hear their music. The neighbors below me were into classic rock, crash-bang-boom movies, and loud sports events. They had waist-high speakers (like I haven't seen since the 70s) hooked up to their tv. Management was not interested in doing anything about the noise from their tv. None of the burners on my stove was level. The dishwasher was very loud. Everyone in that complex seems to smoke. You can smell the smoke clouds around the buildings just walking around outside. And the air intake for a unit's AC is outside, so the cigarette smoke gets blown into your apartment. Also, they allow grills on balconies, which means more smoke and a huge fire hazard since it is a wooden building with wooden stairs. Code requires that the stairs, which were very weathered and slippery after rain and snow, be covered from the elements. The architect did so - if you assume that rain and snow always fall perfectly straight down, which they do not. The stairs are dangerous. My neighbors were extremely rude, yelling and cursing at me on a regular basis. But the night that they banged on my floor/their ceiling 180 times in 30 minutes was the last straw. The neighbors below me also had a never-ending merry-go-round of guests, one of whom lived in a generator-powered camper on the property. The microwave provided in the kitchen is very small and will take up some of your already scarce counter space. There was also a lady on my floor who had her children take out her trash. The children did their best, but this usually left a trail of oil/juice/who-knows-what leading down the stairs to the dumpster, which they were too small to reach the top of, so they would set the trash bags by the dumpster on the ground. The last time this happened before I left, the mess from their trash on the stairs was bad enough my son thought it was vomit. The downstairs neighbors would congregate on the stairs and common areas to smoke and talk and thought nothing of blocking passage for other residents. Just an awful experience all the way around.

It is a great place to live. Coming from a different state and having never seen the unit, I put my trust in the office staff and they did NOT disappoint.

It is a comfortable place to live.
