Property Ratings at North Creek
The rating for this apartment need to be a 0.6 instead of a 3.6. They send out reminders about rules regarding pets and trash however they didn't alert residents of a shooting that took place Monday night. There is consistent loud noise, weed smoking that you can smell in your apartment. There have been domestic violence incidents as well that the police were called. The gate is still broken and amenities continue to be added. This is not the same North Creek apartment from years ago. The actual company that owns the complex is in NJ. I hope no one makes the same mistake as us and moves here.
If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly DO NOT recommend this place. Terrible. Management is very ridiculous! Apartments are not in good condition. Bad environment. Gate has not been fixed. They don’t plan on fixing it honestly. Cars get broken into and stolen. I advise people to look else where!
As the years passed, the management went from worse to ridiculous. Used to be a good place & family oriented. It’s turned into shootings, marijuana smoke, and poverty. Management is condescending & arrogant for no reason. Don’t stay here! Police had to be called weekly. RUN!
I’ve been waiting on my oven to be repaired for about 10 days since October 4 I don’t know if they keep on forgetting about it or what I had to leave my job To remind them about it They don’t answer the phone or the voice mailbox is full
we lived at north creek for our 11 month lease and could not wait to get out of it. Our apartment reaked of marijuana most nights because of our neighbors. Complained multiple times to no avail. Our bill for our rent and pet deposit went up each month. There were always unexplained charges on each bill. When we asked about them, they always beat around the bush and gave a pitiful excuse to why we owed them more money. The MANAGER told us to leave a mattress and box springs in our apartment the day we were moving out. We did not want them, and she said she had someone in mind to give it to. After we moved out, we were charged $30 for leaving it in there after being told to. I do not recommend this complex to ANYONE. They are very unorganized and not reliable at all.
North Creek apartments a nice looking. From what I have seen they are clean. The former tenant took very good care of the apartment. The apartments have been renovated within the last few years, so they don't look brand new but they are up to date. I love that it has a washer and dryer within each apartment. The balcony is spacious. When I moved in there were a lot of dead bugs, but I haven't seen any live ones crawling around so I'm guessing an exterminator sprayed recently. I love that each room has an accent wall. My closet is huge and my bedroom is very spacious. Overall, I am pleased with the apartment.
Beautiful upscale gated community, with newly renovated apartments overlooking private lakes and golf course. The staff here are the best in the business, and go above and beyond to meet your needs and expectations,and a friendly and timely maintenance man is available 7 days a week. Located on State line road, it is only a ten minute drive to just about any shopping or Dineing destination,whether it be Southavan,HornLake,or Memphis.
Do you like hideous apartments?? Then this place is for YOU!!! Don't look at the pictures online, come drive by and see for yourself. Baby blue, teal, sage, you name it.... North Creek has got it! Also.... rude office staff and maintenance requests that are completely ignored. 24 hour maintenance backed by a "let's not and say we did" policy.
I have lived here a little over a year, the office staff is really nice and if you ever have a maintenance issue, The maintenance staff get to you right away. I really enjoy living here at North Creek, it is nice and peaceful and the golf course is beautiful. My apartment is one of the newly upgraded apartments. This is a great place to live for the price.
Been here since Sept 2012...love it here! Quiet, great views, close to everything, city living in country club atmosphere.
Lived here for 9 months, CAN NOT wait for the lease to end and get OUT! Must office staff is rude, complex needs a lot of repairs. Used to be a good place to be, but they seem to be not as strict on who they rent to.

Moved here in September 2012 and couldn't be happier. It is very quiet and love the views. I've only had a few maintenance requests and they were handled promptly. Great place to live!
