Property Ratings at North Brunswick Manor
The water bill will kill your bank account. Within the 18 months of living there have paid more than $2000 just for water. They have their own water company that charge you every month for sewer & water. It doesn’t matter if you home or not you still pay for sewer & water. Thank God am moving out...
We moved in our apartment in 2017. Everything was great until we noticed many issues and realized that Middlesex Property Management does not care about the property. There are some good neighbors and plenty of horrible ones. The parking is terrible. For the past year we lived here, they are still not paved with parking spots. There are no parking lines. Children and teenagers will break glass everyone on the streets and thus not caring that they are damaging people’s cars! I mean there are families here that need to go to work and take their children to school! Also, late into the night loud music and parties can be heard especially those that played extremely loud music at the volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts. We had to call the police to break it up and tell a few neighbors who play extremely loud music and have loud parties past midnight to lower down their volume that there are people that need to go to work in the morning and children that need to fall asleep. Maintenance is terrible. It took many months for them to finally listen to us because our heater broke during the winter and our AC did not work during the heat wave. I bet they do not care that these are health hazards and they are endangering their tenants. I mean is it not part of the contact that if there is a maintenance issue, that they come to fix it? From what I remember, we were told that they hope we enjoy our stay. It took plenty of emails and calls to make sure that the maintenance finally came in to fix the AC issue. The place is definitely not safe either. You now see signs first thing when you enter the complex to hide your things and lock your cars. Teens and young adults steal from others cars. There are barely good neighbors here. And, I used to live in an area that is just like this and thought that it would be different when we moved in. I am so glad that we are not going to renew our lease and recommended friends and family to not move here. They over price their one bedroom apartments without a washer and dryer included. They say it is renovated, but literally our counters are old and the bathroom floors were lazily calked. Maintenance is horrible. I would have given a positive review for our positive experience we had during the first year living here. But, after this year I’d rather give an honest review and save other people who were looking at this place from having a bad experience. To be honest the apartments in Edison are much better than here.
Do not move here if you like clean apartments and complexes! I just moved in July 1, there are so many things wrong with this apartment. The pipes to sink in the kitchen were not even attached! I move in, turn the handle to see if the water works, no water. Look under, pipes are not attached. Do tell Robin in the office. She said, I personally checked that apartment with the super. I can't believe anything is wrong. The super comes, shades on, puss face. He looks under the sink, yeah there it is, no pipes connected!!! He didn't fix anything else. Ever! No one has come! 2 weeks later, HUGE ant infestation in the kitchen and all the floor by the balcony. Go out on the balcony and you get to see all the piles of garbage all over the yards. Lots of parties going on too and loud music. Oh, and there is no door bells. I live on the second floor of this dump. There was a certified slip in my box that they could not delivery, why, because there is no door bell for them to ring so I know they are there!!! Hate it. Just writing this and thinking about this place. Disgusting!!!
I lived here for a year, only because I couldn't get out of the lease. About a month after we moved in we started noticing the roaches and other bugs starting to come out of the drains and walls. After notifying the management group they sent a exterminator to our apartment and he said that there wasn't anything he could do now that they are in the pipes and everywhere else through out the buildings. worst apartment complex i've ever been to.
Beautiful place and comfortable, very quiet neighborhood
