North and Line Apartments

I have lived at North & Line for 5 months now and I have no complaints. The team in the leasing office is fantastic as is the maintenance team. Issues have been resolved same day or next for sure. The location can’t be beat and the building is pretty quiet. Resident social events seem to have a great turnout. My not complaint is that there isn’t guest parking.

The apartment events are so much fun! I love that they are a variety of events so I can get bagels before work or party in the evening!

The property is in an incredible Location, has so many amazing features and the management / building team is fantastic. Friendly and so helpful. Stacie in particular made my move in experience easy and smooth. Could not be happier

Great building with great amenities and on the Beltline which provides easy access to so many activities and restaurants. Building support team is also caring and attentive to our concerns.

Overall great experience! The only negative is the main elevator seems to be out of order a lot (the primary one for the middle of the building) which is closest to me and most convenient to the mail room, but otherwise great resident events and high end appliances for the apartments. Very happy.

I just moved from CA without ever coming to Atlanta. Moving into North & Line has been such an easy transition. It’s located in a great area, all the people are friendly, it’s safe, and overall I would recommend it to anyone moving here.

I love living here! There are the usual apartment building issues such as elevators down, but this is by far the best resident experience I've had in Atlanta. The location and proximity to the Beltline, Ponce City Market, and Inman Park make it even better! Beware of the construction that is occurring across the street (they were supposed to be done by now but are still not).

This location can't be beat. Such a wonderful spot of town that's easily walkable for everything. Our view of beltline is tremendous and we have loved every bit of moving in recently. The staff here is super helpful and is available to assist when you need them to.

The amenities are great and the location is the best. Staff is very helpful. I never have to drive to do anything outside of commuting to work.

Love living here, active and nice community, and all the amenities you could think of! The location is perfect being on the Beltline and you can go basically anywhere you desire on foot.

Nice but some finishes are getting older and rusting. One elevator in main lobby takes a long time. Gym is decent and hallways are clean. Great location.

The hallways are very clean. The staff is very friendly. The community is quiet at night. Love the easy access to the beltline. The pool is very nice.

Wonderful sense of community here at North & Line - we chose to live here over others because of just that. Everyone is so friendly and the convenience of being right on the Beltline is one you can’t beat.

Save your money & your sanity -- do NOT live here. Let me start by addressing the "positive" reviews you'll read. Most likely, the majority of these people JUST moved in, so they've yet to experience the headache that is this property. I myself, and many other residents I eventually became friends with, were borderline harassed by the leasing agents (revolving door, so no point naming anyone) to write positive reviews in their first month. If you saw my initial review (which I was pressured into), you'll notice I was very careful to only talk about the leasing agent I dealt with, as I had barely moved in and am not one to give fake praise. Speaking of false advertising, if you're a pet owner, beware. They will try to sell you on how dog-friendly the building and surrounding areas are. In reality, the "park" across the street doesn't allow dogs off leash and the courtyards they advertise as great for pets...you're discouraged from using. And when you move out -- you can definitely expect to be charged for damages. I know multiple people who were charged anywhere from $500-$1,300 for carpet replacements. Why there's a variation in cost, I can't explain. I too was charged for carpet stains, despite completing the walkthrough and being told there were no issues. Some other things about the building itself -- the elevators are alwaysssss broken. At one point, the main, middle elevator was down for a week. And it takes foreverrr even when it is working properly. Also be advised that when you move in and move out, the management team is notorious for double booking the elevators -- so don't expect this process to run smoothly. Another issue I experienced is that my entire apartment would shake anytime someone drove through the parking garage. Any apartments located towards the middle of the property will experience this -- it's frustrating to say the least. The people who lived in my apartment before me were relocated to a new unit and the management team paid for this -- but when I complained about the same issue, nothing was done. Then there's the usual...bike room break-ins, vehicle break-ins, people getting into the "secure" building without key fobs, constant construction zone, leaks, etc. There are way too many other options in the same area that are better priced and don't have these issues -- strongly encourage you to check out those properties.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They will charge you $500+ to replace your carpet, without notification, if you leave even the slightest marking on the carpet after you move out. They give you no opportunity or heads up to attempt to clean the carpet yourself, they just do it. After politely requesting to the management company to work with me, they tersely refused, acting like I am simply another number...in the middle of a pandemic.

I have been living here since the end of May and LOVE it. I have never lived somewhere where the staff/management is so amazing. Alexis, Rachel, and Monique have made me feel so welcome, assisted me with my needs, and made the process of everything so seamless. Also, the maintenance team is great. They are quick to assistance and very personable. Not only does the building have great amenities, but the location is fantastic -- just steps from the beltline. I highly recommend this apartment!

I moved in prior to Labor Day weekend and the staff was great. They were accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. They have been very responsive and the community is brand new, clean, and has easy access to the beltline. I highly recommend living here.

I just moved to Atlanta to start my first job out of college and I really wanted to make sure I chose a place with lots of activity, people my age, and a safe environment. North&Line is in one of the best locations in Atlanta! The apartments themselves are brand new and up to date. You can walk out the back entrance of the building and be right on the Beltline. Also, Ponce City Market is right across the street (I walk there all the time). So far I love my time in Atlanta and the North&Line Management workers are great and welcoming as well.
