The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at NoDo
This place has been the worst place I’ve ever lived. Seems more like a college dorm than anything. Impossible to get things fixed. Management has sucked from the beginning. The new lady has been alright but everyone in the past has been horrible. They charge you a ton leaving. I don’t think I know of a single person to have gotten their deposit back. People break the rules all the time. There’s police chases in the garage. Homeless people living in apartments across the hall. Cars broken into in the “secure” garage. Elevator barely works. Got stuck in it 3 times and had to get dragged out in between the 4th and 5th floor. They did nothing. The only reason I lived there so long was because it was too difficult to move. You can hear everything. The walls are so thing it’s like you have roommates even when you live alone. Careful not to get locked out without your phone! Or else you won’t be able to get in and you’ll have to sit outside all night until someone randomly passes you that you can convince to let you inside and up the elevator.
They entered my daughter's apartment without her permission and were storing food in her refrigerator, used her bathroom and her kitchen. When we brought it to the management's attention, they told different stories trying to justify this behavior. My daughter did not feel safe and so we asked to terminate the lease early. They would not return our security deposit and rent. We sued them in small claims court and won! They paid the judgment and then sent us a bill for terminating the lease early. We didn't pay it because we told them the judge ruled in our favor and so they sent a collections agency after us calling us multiple times a day. We went back into court and the judge told them to leave us alone and that we don't owe them any money because he ruled in our favor! I know it sounds crazy...you can't make this stuff up! These people are awful and I want everyone to know because they put us through hell and no one should have to go through what we went through. If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would!
The apartment is cute and in a nice location but I don't think it's worth the trouble dealing with the management. They don't have good communication and are hard to get ahold of. It doesn't seem like there's communication between the different workers. It can be very frustrating to get any problems resolved (I.e. access key or parking issues.)
Apartment is good enough, walls are thin to the point that I can hear my neighbor snoring at night. The washer and dryer in my unit was installed incorrectly and the shelving in the kitchen is installed incorrectly. The windows of my unit face a street with medium traffic due to nearby highway on-ramp. The covered, heated indoor parking option is great. The large windows in each unit provide a good view and great natural lighting. No management office on-site so property managers can be difficult to get a hold of. They do not sign emails with their names so you never really know who you are speaking with, and replies can be intermittent and inconsistent. They seem like really nice people, I think they are clearly overworked and overwhelmed managing both this property and the Lumberyard apartment complex. The root of the issue lies with Lanoha Development.
