Nine15 Midtown

Just moved in and really love our new apartment home. After living in single family houses all our life we were leery of apartment living but so far it has been a great experience! The apartment is spacious, clean and in excellent condition. We love the view of midtown Atlanta through the floor to ceiling windows and the balcony. The staff and other residents are all very nice and it’s a quiet community in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city below. Glad we chose Nine15 Midtown!

It was really easy moving in and everyone was nice! Jay was very accommodating and moving to a new place can be a lot so I'm glad he was such a good help!

I had the best experience moving into my home and I love everything from the location to the leasing agents even the concierge is amazing and super nice! I couldn’t be more excited to be here!

From our first visit, everyone we interacted with on the team has been welcoming, friendly and professional. And Stephen in the leasing office was fabulous! He made the process easy and clear from beginning to end. Five stars all the way! We love living here so far!

We’re still so happy to call Nine15 our home! We renewed our lease in July for another year, and the process couldn’t have been easier—it was all electronic and seamless. The rent increase was minimal, making the decision to stay a no-brainer. The location truly feels perfect, with everything we need close by—doctor, dentist, grocery stores, and plenty of leisure activities. Most importantly, the rental office team has been incredible. They take real pride in the property, prioritize safety, and genuinely care about the tenants.

Great so far, the High rise is amazing an building with a great and the amenities and location are top notch. I love that I'm right next to Publix and the Midtown station

Nice amenities. Great location. My only complaint is that this is supposed to be a smoke free property yet it often smells like smoke. Most of the residents are great, just a few selfish ones ruin it.

Aside from the elevators being a tad bit smelly by EOD, everything else is perfect. We love living here. All the staffs are so incredibly kind and helpful!

I’ve lived at Nine15 Midtown since 2020, and I still love it. The location’s perfect, it's close to everything I need, and the building itself is clean, modern, and well-kept. The staff is friendly and quick to help, which makes a huge difference. It feels like home here.

Move-in was a seamless process with no issues. The apartment was clean and in great shape, and the team was extremely helpful. In addition, we booked the freight elevator with no disturbances. I do wish we were given a map of the complex.

Have been here 1 year and it's been awesome. Living here is convenient, maintenance is always responsive, and the pool is my favorite place to relax!

Wonderful, lived here for two years and haven’t wanted to move! Great amenities, the maintenance staff are on top of everything. I put a work order in and by the next day it’s completed!

I love living at Nine15. The building is modern yet cozy and the staff are truly the best! I’ve lived here for 4 years and don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

N15 Midtown is an awesome place to live! The office staff knows you by name, the concierge is friendly, and it's located by many nice restaurants.

Love the area thus far. The noise is minimal for an apartment. Clean spaces. The gym has good equipment that is kept up and cleaned. Walking distance to most things.

Could not be happier with 915 Midtown. 1. Service/Staff - Every single person is incredibly helpful and polite and goes above and beyond. Special shout outs to Stephen who provided a great walk through and consistently helped me through move-in, Grandveur who helped me plan for movers, and Travis who went out of his way to help me when I had a hiccup on the day of move-in. I travel a lot, and the 915 team facilitated the delivery of my mattress so I could come home to a bed. They are truly the best! 2. Units are clean, beautiful, and have very nice appliances. 3. Building is super safe with secure parking (two floor to ceiling gates) and 24hr security. 4. Value - by far the best value in ATL (and other cities for that matter) for the quality, amenities, and staff.

I’m in the middle of my move in and Stephen has been super helpful! Smooth process overall. The property is lovely. I’m looking forward to calling Nine15 home.

Nine15 has a great maintenance and concierge team! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I love the pool, gym and amenities, as well as the location.

The concierges are wonderful, as are the security staff. Maintenance tends to be quite prompt and friendly. That said, the leasing office staff are pretty awful with communication and dismissive with complaints. It’s a bad place to live if you work from home. Since we moved here in July, there has been a constant painting project that was supposed to be finished in November but continues in March. We couldn’t use our patio for months and we still wake up at 7, even on weekends, to loud stomping on the roof. I’ve had to take work calls with people suspended outside my window. The leasing staff has not been communicative about the timeline and when we asked about it they either gaslight (they say they call or email but we have no record of contact) or they say they’re “sorry we feel dismissed/inconvenienced.” This has been their pattern with any questions or complaints (amenities have been limited, garage broken, elevators broken). Don’t trust reviews from folks who don’t live here!

I have lived in one other apartment complex and the experience here vs there has been like night and day! Everyone has been exceptionally kind and genuinely helpful. It feels like everyone here actually wants to help. I would recommend Nine15 to anyone.

I have been here for almost a year now, and it has been a consistently great experience. The front desk concierge is fantastic, amenities are great.

I enjoy living here. I feel safe and my neighbors are friendly. We have the sweetest puppy community too. The staff is kind and whenever the an issue or discrepancy they try to figure it out and resolve it.

A very nice place to live, sometimes can be loud at night because of cars being loud, but that will be anywhere in midtown. Facilities are good, maintenance is timely, and there haven’t been any major probelms

Nine15 has the best leasing, maintenance and concierge staff providing top notch service! The location is very secure, amenities are awesome, and I love all the events the staff coordinate for residents. This is an extremely dog friendly community (no, seriously, pets are like family here, for real!). The residents are friendly and we know each other! It's conveniently located to Marta station, restaurants, downtown, Piedmont Park. I really love it here! No need to keep looking. Nine15 is the place! You'll be glad you moved here!

Great staff and amenities in the heart of Midtown! The team hosts great events for residents on a regular schedule. Most dog friendly community in the city with a private dog park for residents!

Security needs to be a little better and the portal needs to be updated as well as some of the meters. Generally it is quiet and peaceful living here although the public outside leaves something to be desired.

I've been living at Nine15 Midtown for a while now, and it truly feels like home. The location is unbeatable, with convenient access to the MARTA, making it easy to get around the city. What sets Nine15 Midtown apart is the vibe—it’s cozy, welcoming, and has that "homey" feel that’s hard to find in city living. The community is friendly, and the management team has been responsive and professional whenever I've needed assistance.

Lots of great amenities, very fair price point for apartments in midtown, but occasionally run into some aged infrastructure (elevators down, parking gates not working properly, etc). There also have been upgrades that are really appreciated (eg upgrading security, adding new gates at parking to make sure folks can’t just walk right in, etc).

We are truly pleased with our residency. The community feels like an extension of family. The office staff keeps everyone informed, is always friendly and very professional. Maintenance is quick and thorough. The concierge service is welcoming and helpful whenever encountered. The security is always patrolling and courteous. Being able to get out and enjoy Midtown has been great. Walking to Piedmont Park, in fact, having everything we need within walking distance is so convenient. I forget I have a car. Being able to take in entertainment and food right outside our doorstep has been a great new experience. Nine15 Midtown was the best decision ever!

Lived here for a year. Honestly a great place to live. The apartments are nice and finishes are pretty. Carpet is replaced between tenants. Neighbors are relatively quiet. Sometimes will get noise from the parking garage. There is a sense of community here - lots of events and everyone is friendly. Pet friendly group chat and people pick up after their dogs. Amenities are very nice and well kept. Location is great. All the staff are very nice from leasing, management, concierge, maintenance. Only negatives that take off 1 star: I've had to fight with maintenance on multiple occasions about getting something fixed. They don't read my instructions, act like something isn't actually broken, or I have to follow up a million times for something to get done. Once the head maintenance guy Oscar steps in, he's great and has resolved all my problems. Secondly management can be a little late on communicating community updates with residents of things that are changing around the property.

The leasing and management team at nine15 midtown have made the process absolutely seamless. They are personable, fun and always eager to help!

Great apartment at midtown! Amazing view of the city landscape, great accommodation and accessories. Quite near to the Marta, with multiple restaurants nearby.

We just moved in, but everything has been great so far! Jay was a fantastic leasing agent and he made move-in so smooth. We had a lot of questions and he was quick to answer.

The move-in experience was great thanks to the flexibility of the leasing staff and assistance from the concierge. The concierges are very helpful and friendly! The fast, spacious, and numerous elevators definitely made the move-in smoother than I've had at other places. The surrounding neighborhood (Midtown) is pretty amazing. A grocery store only one block away, a very short drive to the highway, and dozens of good restaurants within walking distance all contribute to a big city feel without the usual associated inconveniences.

The building is very nice, having a courtyard and swimming pool available is great. My only complaints are that there were a couple minor issues when moving in, like lights being out and Ethernet not hooked up properly

The staff and the service here are top notch. They were so helpful when I was moving in! I am looking forward to exploring this area from this great home base. I love living here!!

The environment in the apartment is clean, friendly and nice. However, I wish the homeless people around me would stop fighting and making noise, especially at night.

The process of applying was extremely seamless. Everyone I have met so far in the leasing office and building has been friendly and eager to help. The apartment is in a great location.

We moved in this past week and we are settling in just great! We absolutely love our space, amenities, and courtyard especially for our pup!

Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Nine15 Midtown Apartments! You cannot beat the location, which is walking distance from the Marta, Piedmont Park, The Fox Theater, and some many amazing restaurants. The amenities are fantastic, and you cannot beat the view from the 8th floor pool deck! Lastly, the staff are wonderful and always go above and beyond for their residents. I wish I did not have to leave this apartment complex.

Have lived here since 2018 and enjoyed the solid amenities, excellent location and kind staff. High rise building is well built and nearly condo grade.

Great location, in the middle of midtown. 10 minutes to Peidmont Park. Courtyard is maintained well, dog run is available. Ammenities are clean and spaious. The apartment is nice and updated. Has ceiling fans and the patio is large.

I loved living here. It is probably one of the best communities to live in in all of Midtown. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and the residents are just awesome.

Have had a great resident experience! Friendly people, great pool and rooftop area! Leasing process was quick and easy. Very pet friendly as well.

The building staff are really nice, and helpful. They do a great job hosting events, and when there is food it’s always great. Would love for the pool to be cleaned more often and for some other amenities like the men’s washrooms by the pool to get repairs faster.

Moved in for a little bit more than a month now. Am incredibly pleased with the location in Midtown Atlanta and more so with how concierge & leasing have been answering my questions. Rent is also reasonably priced given the current market! Overall I am satisfied with the choice I made.

Great community with a great maintenance and leasing team. They are quick to respond to issues. The only negative thing is thin floors, You can hear the footsteps of the neighbors above you clearly

Steven in the leasing office has been exceptionally helpful and understanding from the day that we moved in. Everyone in the leasing office is always happy to help, and very kind. Any maintenance that we needed done was handled quickly. The courtyard is very pretty as well.

Apartment complex is amazing. General location is 6/10 for the non high rise. A lot of street level crime. Security is not always present when they should be. Leasing office team is great but the concierge team is very standoffish and not always very helpful or on task.
