Niche Amadore Apartments is a beautiful, historic apartment building located in the popular Riverfront Saginaw area. We have undergone extensive renovations within the past two years upgrading many aspects of the building such as the common areas with new paint colors and new carpet, new heating and hot water service components, new roof and new energy efficient windows in every apartment, as well as a new laundry facility. We have also renovated some of the apartments with all new kitchens consisting of new cabinets and counter tops, new flooring and lighting features, new appliances including microwaves and the bathrooms have been renovated with new toilets, new sink/cabinets, and the original tubs have been re-glazed. We are centrally located to many of the local entertainment venues such as the Dow Events Center, Temple Theatre, and Huntington Bank Event Park. The new, year-round Farmer's Market is just a few blocks away! Many of the county's major employers such as St. Mary's Hospital, Covenant Hospital, Morley, and Nexteer are just a few minutes from the apartment building. Delta College, Saginaw Valley State University, Central Michigan University-Saginaw, and the Central Michigan University Medical School-Saginaw are all withing 15 minutes of the apartment building. We are located just minutes from I-675 and I-75 which allows for easy travel to and from the apartment building to anywhere in the Great Lakes Bay region.
