New Wellington Apartments

They do no fix anything and the staff is always rude. Anytime there is a problem the issue is always blamed on the tenants. Things are only every fixed half way or wrong.

Neighborhood Is Great People Are Great Staff Is Pretty Friendly, perfect place to get back on your feet and restart life! I would recommend to anybody needing to start over with a plan in mind

Good place safe good neighborhood neighbors are friendly foods restaurants r close the space is nice i love the view of downtown the bbq game night with my neighbors

Pleasant. Too many nonservice pets; noisy at times. Need new washer and dryer Elevators break down to often Front doors malfunction too often. Front doors stay open during bad weather.

This place is really nice and the people are friendly and it easy to manage your apartment here. There isn't a fitness area sadly but they have their own laundromat

The price is affordable and the amenities are included. Can't beat that. There are some issues, but that could be expected of any place. My biggest concern is the security of the parking lot.

It’s a pretty quiet apartment building, very friendly staff. The community is okay I wish there was more lights around and more police presence.

Mice and bugs in the building, washers and dryers never works elevators always breaking down. Poor maintenance. Security sucks. Nothing else to say but I wouldn't recommend

I love my apartment itself and some of the leasing staff!! I however hate how trashy the building can get because of other tenants. Maintenance is not all that great either but I deal because my space is just what I need at the moment!

The new Wellington apartment is a great place to live the amenities are awesome friendly people and staff I would most definitely recommend people to stay here

I wish there was a way to stop people from stealing packages stop the elevators from going in and out stop the older people from staring so much

My review is great . I can sleep well at night the halls are clear and clean. Everything is good. I would invite a family member to join me in the environment.

The new Wellington is an awesome place to stay there are a lot of friendly people that live here and it’s very peaceful and the amenities are amazing!

Everything can't be perfect all the time. Sometimes there are ups and down but I love this community of people. The staff is still awesome, very friendly and about business.

I love this community as well as the entire staff they allow it to be very comfortable living here other than the elevators I utterly enjoy being apart of the community here at Wellington

Tired of the elevators continually breaking down and the poor maintenance of the washer and dryer which I understand is through a outside company but they are still in this building

Great staff , the move in process is super simple & no complications or room for error or misunderstanding. The building is kept up which makes you comfortable moving in !

The residents that I have met seem to be cool! The new wellington apartments come with so many immensities and features! The location is awesome and the office staff image amazing and is will to answer any questions I may have!

On a scale 1-10 we would rate this community 8.5. The only thing is I wish the laundry room had more washers and dryers. We love the staff and maintenance team.

Things were a lot better when it was a senior only building. There were rules but now it's anything goes. There was a limit on dog size but not any more. Sometimes there is dog waste in a hallway or elevator. People smoke in prohibited areas. During the summer there is often loud music outside. It is rare when all the washers and dryers work.

Great apartment but the only thing is why I gave it 4 stars..the weed smell we give u a terrible headache..but overall the space is perfect if it just you

The community is ok , however there can better upgrades to amenities and more cameras to watch for activities happening on the parking lot.better elevator access, only one has been working for over two weeks now.

I love it here. I been here for 6 years. The maintenance team is very responsive. The utilities are included as well. I referred family and friends to the property as well.

Feel like everyone is courteous, friendly and basically looks out for their fellow neighbors . Staff and maintenance are outgoing as well. Overall ok place to live

I like the quick response from the maintenance department when there’s a issue and the improved lighting on the parking lot has curbed car break ins

Since I’ve moved to this community, I have had a great experience. It is quiet, clean and overall a safe place to live. The office people are nice and helpful as are the people who maintain the building.

Been at New Wellington for almost 2 years now and by far this is the best apartment I’ve had. The maintenance is always on their job, and the office staff has always been a big help with any issues I’ve had.

Overall it's a good place to live. The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests get handled quickly. I have loved here for 5 years and plan on being here until I'm ready to move to a house.

I love it here ! Their are a lot of people who look out for one another so I love that. The place is always clean . Even though it's dogs that live here, you don't hear them barking all night .

The staff is always professional. The do their best to make sure they meet their residents needs and concerns. There are times I feel I need them to be a little faster in items that is needed for the apartment, yet if they have order the item and it's on back order and the company is out of it that's truly no fault of New Wellington fault it just makes it sad for the tenant

It’s been great I’ve been a great time here been here for years had a couple problems but maintenance fixed it just resigned my lease for another year

They have a roach issue and their office workers are rude !!

I got a renovated one bedroom apartment a little over a year ago. I love my apartment and I won't be moving until I decide to buy my own place. Mine is the larger of the two one bedroom floorplans offered. The elevators were being worked on for a while, but they are both going now and have been for a while, and one or the other always worked. My dog loves it here too!

Management is so very disappointing. I've had several incidents occur since I've been living here. Every time I call to make a complaint I get nothing but deep sighs and attitudes from management while half of the complaints don't even get resolved. None of these people know anything about customer service nor solving issues with tenants, they will look you dead in your face with no remorse nor concern they don't care. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices on rent you get what you pay for, spend your money with a better establishment.

Every time i call im baffled at how rude the lady is but 90% of the time im taken straight to voicemail, either somebody needs to be fired or this “ establishment” needs to be put out of business

I really don’t recommend these apartments! I’m not going to do to much but I’ve been here almost 2 years and there is mold in my cabinets from when I moved in ceiling in the bathroom is yellow and paint is peeling because of a leak floor is mold from leak in the kitchen just sick! You tell them they come look and cover up and it comes back from leaks
