Good location, bad maintenance
The location is great everything within 3 miles. Heat air unit went out when 12 degrees, was out 2 weeks. They provided a space heater. Kitchen sink backed up 4x in 4 yrs for multiple days each time.

Very bad
Most badly managed apartment building I have ever lived in, and I have lived in apartments most of my adult life, which is 40 plus years. Very poorly mainttained. BUYER BEWARE!!!
