I had my reservations moving from NYC due to issues i heard people having with management companies here in Miami. How ever i was lucky enough to find this amazing Gem. The place is beautiful. Apartments are great clean with out any mold or any issue’s. If there is an issue the New Barn team is amazing. You call or email they show up in less than 20 minutes and they take care of any issue. I cant state enough how happy i am here with New Barn. I renewed my lease for another year. I would recommend to everyone to try and see the difference in Graham properties managed buildings. They are the best.
The facility has an excellent leasing office. They have very good attention of everyone at the office. In addition the maintenance is always on time, reliable and professional
I've been living here for 12+ years...Need I say more? The staff, maintenance personnel have been exceptional and extremely easy to dialogue with. Any issue or concern I've ever brought up has always been dealt with promptly and without any hassle whatsoever. And this is a VERY pet-friendly community. What's not to love?

I recently moved into New Barn Apartments and I can’t say enough about the property and the staff! Stephanie and Maria were amazing and got me into my apartment in a matter of days! The property itself is well maintained and location is great! Highly recommend!
New Barn Apartments are "a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers (who love our dog Van Halen). The pool area is lovely. There is always ample parking, great neighbors who look out for you and very safe walkways, walkability to downtown Miami Lakes and many options to eat, shop and have fun right down the street. Our experience here has been the best.

Very nice apartments and family friendly! Great location and very well kept. I have never had an issue living here and there are so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Miami Lakes is a wonderful town. The pool has also been recently renovated and is so beautiful.
I lived here for four years. The staff in the office is very friendly. The maintenance team is great as well. They are very prompt in fixing any issues you may have. The apartment area is always kept clean and beautiful. You are very close to the shopping centers and restaurants. New Barn is a safe place to live and great for family living.
The staff is great! When I need anything to be fixed or handled they staff takes great pride in helping with all my needs and what needs to get fixed around the apartment. The neighborhood is nice quiet very good people around and there’s just so much you can do! I truly enjoy staying at New Barn
It’s been a pleasure living at New Barn Apartments. My family and I have lived here for almost 6 years and Alongside the residents, the staff are welcoming and professional. There’s always an open line of communication with the staff and residents, being updated timely in regards to possible noise due to construction and new projects such as the new paint renovations to add beauty to our community. Maintenance and cleaning staff are always on top of things, and the common areas are well kept. I can truly say we Happy to new barn our home.
New Barn is not only located in a beautiful and convenient location but the staff here is so helpful and efficient. Not to mention the new renovations to the apartments are gorgeous! The application and move in process was super easy. Great staff and great place to live!

Uno de los peores lugares oara vivir en miani lake te ensenan un apartamento y te entregar uno Viejo sucio sin pintar son unos mentirosos los los cuartos de lavadoras siempre es un asco los carros se manchan todos por tantos arboles la administration sin education alguna te pintar una cara cuando vas a rentar y después te hacen la vida imposible por gusto solo porque no quitastes el adorno de chistmas de tu puerta casas así estupidas bueno seria infinitas mis palabras para describing este lugar a y nunca vez a seguridad piensenlo antes de rentar hay
For the last three weeks, I have been complaining about a 3 feet black snake, frequenting my balcony and have seen no response from the administration. I don't mind occasional gecko's here and there. But, with this snake in the balcony, I can not access my balcony and am constantly stressed, if this snake were to find its way inside my apartment. The response I have received from the administration is that they are aware and it is extremely hard to catch one. Well, that doesn't solve my problem at all.
I've heard great things about this property. I hope I'm lucky enough to get a spot and enjoy this amazing home
