NETCONG HEIGHTS

1 bedroom is spacious enough for 1 person. It’s very outdated. Looks like 70’s 80’s inside. The air conditioner in the living room is very old so it’s very loud. There’s no temperature control. So in the winter you’re either freezing or hot. The forced air for heat got me sick every year. The community when you come in looks very nice on the outside. Washers & dryers were always breaking & id wind up losing money on them. The woman at the leasing office were very nice though.

They keep increasing rent the stove do not work because is old and the dishwasher, they need to be change, all the appliances is garbage, broken pipes that they never fixed. The stoves are really bad.

The staff here is incredibly kind, helpful, flexible, genuine, and understanding. Mary is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. We are truly appreciative of the staff's selflessness, generosity, and ability to work with us. We highly recommend Netcong Heights!

I lived at Netcong Heights for 5 years and have only positive things to say. Our apartment was airy, had sunlight all day, lots of closet space and a living room with a big sliding door leading to a balcony. The rent is very low compared to other areas and includes heat and water. Plenty of parking always available. The office staff very polite and professional, Mary is amazing and so is the maintenance team. The area is perfect. It is quiet and friendly but so close to major highways.We loved Netcong with the picturesque lake and will also miss the fireworks in the summer which we enjoyed from the apartment! Also, there are supermarkets and many stores close by. Finally, our neighbors were all lovely and friendly people.

This dump looks nothing like as advertised. It is an old run down complex. Parking sucks. The rooms are small and everything looks old. The lady in the rental office is rude too!

I lived here for almost 3 years. Super convenient area with a Shoprite, a gas station, Quick Chek, and a really good pizza place right down the road. The apartments are really nice, spacious, tons of storage space. This in conjunction with the fact that heat and water are included in the rent make this an extremely great price for what you get. The complex is well-maintained during all seasons. Requesting maintenance is easy and all the maintenance staff are so nice! Mary was absolutely wonderful to work with too, making my move-in and move-out a lot less stressful than it could have been. The people that live here are friendly, nobody causes a problem. It is a good mix of younger and older people living here so you'll end up making neighbor friends no problem. The pictures here make the 1 bedroom look really small, trust me it is not! In short, I absolutely loved living here and I'm actually really sad I had to move.

First off, David the property manager is a good and honorable man. mary his Office manager bends over backwards to help the tenants with any issues. The Supervisor staff is efficient, prompt, and excellent in their maintaining of the complex. When I first moved there 9 years ago, the place was literally a dump. But with hard work and a lot of investment it improved 100%. New windows and decks, sliders, repaving, new roofs on all buildings, and efficient laundry card policy, upgrading the apartments once a tenant moved (darn) and just making the complex safe and enjoyable to live in. It's a good community close to major transportation hubs and only 12 minutes from Denville. The staff did their best to keep the snow in check during the winters but they need more help. The landscapers mow dirt in times of drought and didn't replace dead shrubs, but those are small issues compared with the overall experience of living there. I miss the complex and my friends, it was a great experience. Thanks David and mary. DB

I found the maintenance department to be very helpful. The office help was very pleasant and helpful also. I am very sorry I needed to leave. I have lived here for 10 years and I do not have any complaints. I found the neighborhood to be very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend Netcong Heights!

I am renting very comfortable apartment 10 years and do not plan to leave it. First of all, because, my NETCONG HEIGHTS Complex Apartments has some important benefits and dignity. In my practice I never met before - such a good friendly team, working here. They take care and professional help in any case - fix or repair whatever - immediately! The second, - perfect hot water in any seasons, - free! The third, - good heating apartments in winter time - free! And other important quality, like a real wood floor and huge balconies. In each apartment. We have new roofs, and new doors. And all new equipment in the kitchen for new tenants. We are just on Rt. 46, and very close to 80. I am just happy to live here. I finally decided to move out on my own and was in need of a nice apartment in a friendly complex that fit within my budget. I looked into several places in Morris County but found most of them were way over priced. Netcong Heights has great apartments at an affordable price. The unit I moved into, had a brand new kitchen and was extremely clean and cozy; I instantly felt at home. If ever there was a problem, requesting maintenance was so easy and any problem was resolved immediately. The entire staff is helpful and courteous, especially Mary who works in the office. I would absolutely recommend Netcong Heights to anyone looking for an apartment.

I lived in The Heights as they are affectionately known, for 3 years. I had a wonderful experience, surrounded by very caring neighbors who became like family to me. I met many people from all of the buildings while dog walking and took advantage of the beautiful scenery and secret trails nearby. I locked myself more times than I'd like to admit and the property super was always a phone call away, from 5 in the morning to 10pm at night. Maintenance requests were responded to immediately and the staff was always very courteous. Plows come thru at all hours to keep the parking lot clear from snow. The girls at the front desk couldn't be more welcoming or helpful and I will always have fond memories of good times on my large balcony and sparkling hardwood floors. I was a 22 year old girl, living alone when I first moved in and always felt safe.

Netcong Heights is great apartment complex, and I've been very happy the few years that I've lived here. Staff is courteous and responsive to tenants needs. Maintenance and grounds are handled very well too. Apartments are nice and cozy and the hardwood floors make it feel very rich. You can't get a better deal on the rent in the area, especially with heat and hot water included. With great access to 46, 80 and 10, and all your shopping/grocery needs a few minutes away, you really can't ask for much more. You will not be disappointed renting in this safe and quiet community.

This is a great apartment if you are looking for closet space. It has a great big closet in the living room and a pretty good side closets in the hall way with two and his and her closets in the bedroom.Unlike other apartments, this closet has a very good size kitchen.

This is the perfect complex to start your journey into having your own place. When I first went to apply, I was so nervous because my credit history wasn't established and I had a lower salaried job (but one that I could live off of). I was certain I was going to be looked down upon and told to go away just like every other place I had looked; but I wasn't. Everyone from the leasing center to the superintendents were overly nice and so welcoming. And it was the same and then some when I moved in! They take such great care of the apartments and if you ever need anything they are just a phone call away. The on-site laundry is great too and really helps with convenience. You are only 5-10 minutes from every major store and you even get a small walking town right down the street! For the price, it can't be beat!

My friend lived there by herself for a year and then another year with her mother and both apartments were great! The maintenance was very fast and always helpful. The area is nice and no one bothers you. The best is the fact that you can hop on 80 or 46 quickly and there's always a gas station opened around the area. It's next to everything shopping wise and the complex itself is very nice with a lovely view of the lake behind it. My boyfriend and I are planning to on moving in there this June. The price is unbeatable with heat and water! Plus I'm in love with the closet space they offer! Definitely a nice place to live, no complaints here!
