Boasting an eclectic local culture that combines the best elements of Midwestern personality and metropolitan sophistication, Minneapolis has built a solid reputation as one of the most interesting and exciting cities in the region, and indeed the entire nation. A vibrant urban center in the land of 10,000 lakes, Minneapolis enjoys well-earned attention for its stress-free atmosphere, great bicycling trails, and culturally diverse population. The city’s robust economy has deep roots, with numerous major companies having operated corporate headquarters in the city for decades (in some cases a century or more). In spite of being a major economic hub, the city is full of surprisingly affordable apartments, condos, and rental homes.
If you live in Downtown, getting around in winter is never a problem thanks to the skyway system.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at N&E
I’ve lived in N&E with my family since they first opened. Both my dad and I work downtown so it’s nice to be close to work. It’s also nice not to have to go outside to do trash and recycling. As far as mail and packages go we’ve had no issues. The landlords and other staff we’ve talked to are extremely nice. It’s nice to have a parking spot, especially on bad weather days. Speaking of weather, it’s nice to have central air. This is the first apartment I’ve lived in with an elevator and it’s very fast; another nice thing. We haven’t had any issues with loud or obnoxious neighbors. The WiFi, cell data, etc. seems pretty good. Certainly better than where we were previously living. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is also nice. I like the layout of our apartment. This is a nice neighborhood to live in with lots of restaurants etc. nearby. The landlords and staff have been informative when it comes to anything we may need to know. Living in a brand new building with brand new appliances and amenities is pretty cool and the apartment is perfectly sized for our needs. Regarding price it’s higher than where we used to live, but you definitely get what you pay for. With all the conveniences of living here the price is very reasonable.
