Beautiful Resort Style Property!! Well thought out layout to give tenants the best amenities.
I recently decided to move to a smaller apartment at Nari. The one the showed me and I decided to move to has just been renovated and it is just beautiful. Nari has been doing a great job renovating and making this a beautiful apartment complex to move to. I've been living here two years and in that time the transformation has been astonishing. If your looking for a great place to live, close to downtown, you should come check it out.

The water and electricity bills are shared among all residents, which means you have to pitch in several hundred dollars even when you're not home. More, packages frequently go missing. The elevator frequently has a strong smell of marijuana. The gym's air conditioning breaks down every month. After moving out, they come up with all sorts of reasons to deduct over 50% of your security deposit, even for things that are just normal wear and tear.

It looks good on paper and it was fine before covid but it is getting worse and worse. There’s only about 15 visitor parking spots for a building with over 100 units. Cars get broken into all the time and the thieves always conveniently know which floors don’t have cameras. Package delivery is a nightmare. All the security workers have attitudes and do their job poorly, if at all. There is a party every weekend on the pool area with about 30 people and security does nothing. There are so many airbnbs in the building and im sure the building owners are the ones doing it. Only 2 treadmills in the gym work and the rest of the equipment is old, broken or deteriorating. The apartments share vents so you could get a smoker or stinky food smells in your apartment. Giving 2 stars because maintenance is amazing and the employees are great. Also the other good thing is floors and walls are thick so you don’t hear much.

The Vermont has a lot of potential to be a mecca for young professionals & as a gathering place for social media users/influencers. However management's lack of connection to the residents and community makes this difficult because the residents are not connected to the people that make up our community even though we live in a tight knit space. More residential engagements mean more communication and awareness of what the community needs, and encourages the residents to invite their friends and families over or even move in.

Uniquely amazing unobstructed views; apartment is beautiful, layout of the flex studio is perfect and should be a model for future luxury housing developments; being able to watch the sunset from a hot tub on the 7th floor pool deck makes us feel like we're on vacation every day of the year

When moving from the Bay Area, The Vermont was the first apartment I toured in Los Angeles, and after touring myriad other apartments nothing could compare. The floor to ceiling windows with sweeping views of the city are incredible and the infinity pool with views of DTLA are breathtaking. Im impressed with the buildings security, I feel very safe living here. Its a huge plus to have a dedicated dog run area for resident use within the complex, too. Many times...i have run into homeless guy sleeping in the exit stairway. This has been issue with this apartment. EASY ACCESS to anybody...even homeless. They make this outside look so wonderful but once you are in, they are ruthless, no response, cant handle customer services, security is big issue. People live outside come in and use all the amenities because IT IS ACCESSIBLE. Over floading with airbnb which is ongoing issue over years but still going on. Parking is used by visitors who park in visitors over weeks. I can name a few cars, they are always there. Visitors come to swimming pool and drink alcohol and smoke weed when its not allowed. Just out of control.

Had all my tires and rims stolen from my own parking spot. The thieves had to go through two gates to get into resident parking and they still were able to leave unnoticed. Worst part is management doesn’t even care. Emailed them about how unsafe the building is and never even got a reply.

All staff are friendly and do their jobs but building has way too many quirks and flaws that bring down the rating. Too many air leaks into the unit via window frames, vents, and sink pipes which allow cigarette/weed smoke smell to travel from one unit to another way too easily. Trash chute doesn't work half the time.

I moved to the Vermont about a week ago and our experience started out great. We did have some issues with some appliances, but the issue was addressed and resolved very quickly. I was impressed by the quick turnaround! Great customer service here! So far, I love living here!

The horrible staff doesn't care about you after you sign the lease. Overpriced electricity ($100/per month flat in a 1 bedroom we are almost never in) and you are forced to pay for digital TV service, no choice to opt-out. Grills are old and work 10% of the time. Filled with Airbnb clients who party late at night and security does nothing about the noise.

The Vermont is like living in a hotel that you can call home. The facilities that are offered are fantastic and I have less desire to go on vacation since I have moved in because the facilities are better than most hotels and we have astounding views.

Great place to live! The community is quiet and the staff makes accommodations quickly. Nothing beats the view! Amenities are state of the art. I cant wait to start using them!!

We have had nothing but warm welcomes from the first visit. Mark patiently helped find our perfect home. Sunny remembered my name the second time we visited and had hugs to give on move in. The amenities are first class, not to mention all of LA is at our doorstep.

Amazing apartment, have been living here for five years! Shout out to the maintenance team! Always responsible, efficient, patient, helpful and caring!! They even help me carry my packages when they see me with huge packages in the lobby!
The best part about this place are the views and location. You get amazing views of the city. It’s convenient to go anywhere. Close to a lot of restaurants in Ktown. Management is prompt and helpful. Five stars. Highly recommend.

Im very satisfied to live in the Vermont. It has an amazing view, a great location and wonderful staff!
I have lived here at The Vermont for several years, believing that things will turn for better but, I don't think it's going to happen any time soon. I am definitely moving out as soon as my lease is over. Everything that "Do not torture yourself" said below is very true, word by word and the leasing asst. manager "Sunny" has major attitude problem with extremely unpleasant personality. Airbnb people are constantly in and out with the high luggages and anybody can tell they are here for Airbnb. Even, they walk right front of the office with luggages and still, the office staffs don't say anything nor do anything. Airbnb people even ask front desk where's the unit is located. Unbelievable. What this place need is a whole new management. Don't waist your money, don't waist your time. It's not worth a headache.

Ive been really impressed with the Vermont so far. We are new to the property so its early days but so far so good. The whole move in process has been really smooth. Jesse has been a great help since day 1. Really looking forward to living at the Vermont
