Museum Tower

Yadira was very patient to help my renewal of the lease today. I appreciate Yadira and Kelli for helping my renewal. I am almost giving up my long-term home due to the rent increase for recent years, but with their help, I extended my decision of giving up.

I really love it here, its very well maintained and the staff are friendly. I like the convenience it has to all the freeways and its a pretty safe part of town to be in.

Wonderful building and staff! The location is in a safer part of downtown, situated right next to museum, hotels and schools. I love living here!

Love the apt building experience. A little bit sad that the roof deck is closed at the moment but excited for the monorail add on. Only other thing is I went to the hot tub with my partner the other day and it didn’t have any heat. Besides that all the residents are friendly and staff is kind when we need anything so we are still very happy.

A wonderful community with a great staff and fun activities. Nothing beats the location. The staff keeps us up to date on all the improvements and the property keeps getting better.

Love it here. Beautiful management office, prime location in downtown for where the most part it’s always quiet down here in a prime eating and exploring area. Right next to the La metro rail which will take you wherever you want to go downtown in the matter of 2-3 minutes maximum. The apartment is clean and beautiful I know they just renovated the apartments so they look sleek and modern inside. And beautiful amenities that make it all come together and bring alive your Los Angeles experience.

I truly couldn’t be happier. The staff is warm and welcoming, not just when trying to get you to sign. The building is spotless at all times and has a warm welcoming smell to it. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. The location is perfect for a commute to Keck Hospital/LA general 8-12 minutes. Very happy with my choice to live here. When people come to visit, they are wowed by the building, amenities, my apartment, the rooftop, and honestly the really good rent deal in LA. Special shout out to Josh, Xavier, and Guillermo as always being the absolute best.

Be aware they never return deposit to anyone me and my neighbors got scammed from this scam tower they selling you fake luxury yet so poor customer service, they will up charge you when you check out for ridiculous ammount no one came to check after I gave a month notice. They are the worst place to live in they ruin my credit and they still harassing me with emails till today . Don’t live here it’s scam and they are breaking the law and they will ruin your life.

The apartment is great but if you want any kind office support look elsewhere they take forever to fix things and even longer to respond to any type of communications unless it benefits them.

Would be a great place to live if the smell of cigarettes and weed did not travel into my apartment through the vents. Also the elevators have been undergoing maintenance for over two months.

Insane leasing office here. They will under no circumstance return your deposit and will send debt collection agency after you if you refuse to pay additional bills they send you for normal wear and tear cleaning and painting services.

They take your full deposit and send additional bills after you leave. Left the apartment in perfect condition and still got charged for cleaning and painting. Tried for weeks to talk to someone but nobody picks up the phone or responds to emails.

The apartment complex is great and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and address issues timely! Nice area in downtown LA to be in.

Great! Everyone is so nice! Just wish rent was cheaper ! When I first moved in parking was $50 now it’s $150. But besides that everyone is very kind!

It’s a very nice community :) I’m very happy with the apt since we moved in. The neighbors are pretty nice and friendly. The amenities make getting together all the more perfect.

I just moved in here and I’m so obsessed. Everyone is so nice the front desk people in the lobby are so welcoming. Yadira my leasing specialist was amazing. She got to me so quickly, she made sure I was welcomed, walked me around. It really does start with the staff and I’m so excited for my journey at this new building

Good team and community. The front desk is police and welcoming. Leasing office service is great. Sometime it takes time to get an appointment, but overall great.

My experience being a resident here is excellent. I've had just a present almostfear and no hard times are rudeness from residents here. It's always nice thanks a lot museum towers glad to have met.

This apartment has been great! I love the area that it is in. I think that is a huge aspect of this complex. After searching for many apartments in LA county, I could not find a better mixture of getting the downtown feel but also having the safety and comfort that this area offers. The apartments here are great with great amenities. You would be hard pressed to find a better complex anywhere else. The only downfall I have had with museum towers is the lease renewal process. It is not exactly the fault of the leasing office since apparently they don't control the prices but rather have to listen to that of the upper management that controls all of the managing companies communities, but the first lease renewal offer they gave me was $300 more expensive a month and they said that was the best they could do. When I declined the renewal, the next day I saw that they then offered my old apartment for around $600 less than what they offered me for my renewal? It was a huge headache

I really enjoy living here, great building right in the heart of downtown, very safe area, clean building, attentive staff. Couldn’t ask for more!

A wonderful place to live in the theater district of downtown LA. Museums and theaters within walking distance, plus great restaurants nearby.

Just moved in. I was coming from the hurricane area of NC and the staff bent over backward to assist me. The home is beautiful and I couldn’t be any happier.

This is a beautiful well-managed building with great amenities! I can’t imagine living in a better place downtown. The building is safe and you can’t beat the rooftop view and gorgeous pool!!!

The apartment itself is great. The parking situation, not so much. They have you pay for parking but yet there are no spots available when you get home late. There is also a no smoking policy but yet the hallways reek sometimes, and I found ashes on my balcony. Also there are not enough washing machines and dryers for everyone.

Love the apartment amenities, the immediate 1.5-2 block radius is very nice! I would recommend this apartment building! The only complaint I have is that it was hard to get a hold of the leasing office to tell them i was ready to sign a lease.

Great place to live ! I have been with my wife for 2 years and before discovering this place we looked all over downtown Los Angeles, but in our opinion this is the best place, not only for the location of the quiet and safe it is if not for all the amenities the building offers, all the workers are very friendly and always willing to help!

Situated just a few blocks from the bustling Financial District, The Museum Tower benefits from a prime location. The area is brimming with trendy eateries, shops and events. For those who work in or around downtown, the proximity to major business hubs and public transportation is a huge plus. The iconic Staples Center and The Walt Disney Concert Hall are also within a short drive, making it a great spot for culture enthusiasts.

Our experience moving to Museum Tower has been nothing but pleasant. The leasing office was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. After viewing many apartments, we are thrilled to have chosen Museum Tower!

Pretty nice all the time everyone has a positive attitude the pools look beautiful and the deck is nice. It's a beautiful place to live people respect each other and every ones busy

Love living here and I glad I chose it in comparison to surrounding buildings. It’s super safe and walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and things to do around DTLA.

As a former New York City resident, Museum Tower positions me right in the center of an exciting artistic and cultural community with the added benefit of peace, beautiful amenities and an incredible management. It's perfect!

Everything has been wonderful. The staff is friendly. The building is clean. Only complaint is the washers. Lots of dog hair sometimes. 10 out of 10 would rec.

Great building, but the gym equipment needs to be connected to the internet (e.g., treadmills) and fully stocked every day with cleaning wipes.

Mixed feelings living here. I wish office staff was available when I need help. Lots of weed smokers too. Parking situation is nice. I like toe rooftop.

My experience at the Museum Towers has been wonderful so far. Moving in was a breeze, thanks to the freight elevator reservation, and I absolutely love my apartment. If I could provide some feedback, it would be regarding the parking policy. I wish it were more relaxed, as there are times when I need to bring different cars than my own.

I am truly amazed at my overall experience at Museum Tower! Starting with the viewing process. I never felt pressured to make a decision, even after my second tour. Once I made a decision on the unit, the leasing team was extremely supportive and helped me the whole way. Move in was a breeze with movers. A+

I live here for I want to say two weeks now I love the peace and quiet. The staff is really nice and helpful. Really great amenities the gym for instance is awesome fully equipped. Yeah I think I’ll be pretty happy living here.

Beautifully renovated units if you can withstand living in a construction zone where your power and water may not be on at any hour of the day. No notice, or if there is a notice it’s always an “emergency” shut off. “Emergencies” that happen every week. Once you sign a lease, management ignores you and allows residents to trash the place and run wild. Nothing works in the building. Oh, and management runs Airbnb on entire 15th floor as well as multiple other units. Have fun!

Dont bother to live here. its under renovation and they dont even bother to notify you in case of water shut off. They claim its an emergency when its not, the water works during the night but does not work during day time. Wonder what kind of emergency definition that is.

Great Apartments, Reasonable prices, Good Location. Museums, Parks, Railway Station, Freeways nearby and yet quiet and nice neighborhood. Management prompt on repairs and services. However the elevators are down sometimes but at least one of them works. Wish they didn't go for remodeling and raise the prices.

Building systems (elevators, garage gates, door locks, hot water) regularly don't work. Also, they switched everyone to monthly as they are going to kick everyone out when they renovate. This is what they are doing already with their building on Grand. Jacked up rents for the partiallyrenovated building? No communication at all to let long term tenants know when we need to move. Don't plan on being there for more than 6 - 12 months. Their website already shows the new building design, not the run down current condition.
