It’s really a great experience. Very near to the asu bus stop. Great staff and maintenance. Good environment. Great amenities. They may arrange some tables to sit and walk around the community.
My one-bedroom apartment has been a great place to live. The space is comfortable and quiet, and everything in the unit has worked smoothly. The best part is definitely the office staff—they’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. It really makes a difference knowing the people who run the community genuinely care about the residents. Overall, it’s been a positive and stress-free living experience.
The apartments themselves are nice and comfortable, and overall it has been a good place to live. However, maintenance requests are often slow, and some of the staff members could be more friendly and polite when interacting with residents. There is also an ongoing issue with pet waste being left around the community even after repeated warnings, which affects cleanliness. With improvements in these areas, this community could be much better.
Great community, peaceful atmosphere, spaced apartments. Any issues with in the apartment is fixed as soon as possible. I would recommend it.
Great place so far, would recommend to anyone. That this is the place to live. Great location plenty of places to eat, explore, close to all transportation spots.

1B1B apartments are specious. Ample of space for the closets and to keep the stuff. Creating maintenance request is little difficult. I mean whenever I create it from website it does not work. I need to ask leasing office manager to put it behalf of me.

Community is good, the only problem is no lights and fans in all the rooms especially in bedrooms, community is bit older one. Parking slots has roof on top is big plus. Having washer and dryer in unit is also a add on.
Could be better with better stove and oven. Overall pretty ok experience. Air Conditioning is not as effective as I have imagined. Laudry seems to be really good.

The customer service is ok, the community is friendly and everything is clean in the apartment when I moved in. There are still some issues that I have to go to the leasing office every time to solve, like the gate key remote that I went several times to leasing office and it still does not work.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Murietta at ASU. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and feels safe — great for focusing on school or work without distractions. Even though it’s close to ASU, it doesn’t have the usual college-town noise. The amenities are solid: pool, hot tub, gym, basketball and volleyball courts, and in-unit washer/dryer, which makes life easier. My apartment feels spacious, and I love having a patio. The staff and maintenance are responsive and generally quick to resolve issues. The location is super convenient — close to campus, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. Like any older complex, some features show a bit of age (gym equipment could use updating, for example), but nothing that’s been a major problem. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient place with good value for the price, especially if you’re looking for a quieter spot near ASU.

This is a decent apartment complex. And the price is affordable. The management and maintenance are responsive to my calls when needed. The access to Tempe locations is , of course, excellent. The complex is humble and basic, but nice enough that it doesn't feel like i have to be worried about my safety when walking through the parking lot at night. There is ample parking, and the units are kept up by a kind and friendly maintenance crew.

The experience has been good so far, however, the gym can use some upgrades. The locality is very nice and safe. Best part is the in-house washer and dryer, which is not available in various other communities

Before moving in, Angel was super helpful and provided me with all of the information I requested. Once I arrived and moved in, my washer was not working, and I also encountered an electrical issue. However, maintenance was on top of it, and they took care of it immediately and efficiently. So far, this place has been great and I love the location!

Gym has very less equipments. Needs to be upgraded. Needs a lot of revamp. More weights should be added.machines are not working. Jacuzzi is off since I my lease started.

It's a nice place to stay and a nice locality to stay, which is close to Safeway, and ASU is just 25 min walk. This locality is pet friendly too
It has been a pleasure living in the Murietta society.The society is peaceful and having a vibrant atmosphere making it to adapt quickly .The leasing office is always helpful to the residents .I would highly like to recommend if anyone is looking for shifting or renting a house.

I think the place is really pleasant atleast in the winter. The AC was a huge problem all summer but the heater is nice, also has a nice toasty smell.

Good overall. Decent apartments, nice neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. There is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to amenities. Gym could use more and better machines. There is a need for a small game room.
