Mountain View is a beautiful little community with walkways surrounded by trees and friendly neighbors around the complex. The apartments themselves are very nice and the staff is very friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I moved here as a start to life with my partner and couldn't be happier with the place. The location is very convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, hardware stores, etc within a very close distance. This place is pet-friendly, with a pretty standard sized dog park that is good for letting your furry friend roam and sniff. Any problems I have had with bugs, mice, broken appliances, etc, have been addressed swiftly and with no fuss, and those items have not reoccurred since being taken care of the first time. The staff are very nice, and most of the people around are friendly enough to have a good chat if you want (especially if you're out for a walk or by the pool). There is a track-like area near the dog park if you like walking or running, an area for a bonfire, and two different areas where you can grill. There is also a fenced-in pool area that is well taken care of. The biggest downsides I've found are that cars will sometimes use the development as a cut-through for the traffic light that is nearby and are not always the most respectful about their speeds. The package delivery services have also been a bit bad about misplacing things lately, but that's not MountainView's fault.

Great location, reasonably priced, staff is quick to help with anything that you may need. Pool is clean, apartments are great, not fancy but fantastic for what you get. Have been here for over two years and do not regret living here one minute.

The property is beautiful and well kept. The trees and walking trail make it feel secluded even though you are right down the road from restaurants and shops. The manager is so helpful and goes above and beyond to respond to my requests. Everything has been wonderful so far. 10/10

The washer and driers keep breaking down, and now have been spending more money on the already expensive apartment. Better to use a laundry mat to save money, time, and patience.

My rating has gone down since the changes made in the office, the roaches, and the way that the water bill is calculated. There is no way that me and my daughter have used $140 a month in water each month we have been here.

A nice, and safe location to live in. The buildings are over 30 years old, and paying for a higher price not matched with the quality your getting.
Great place to live. Quiet community within close proximity to all major shopping and food. Apartments are outdated on the inside but offer everything you need. Amenities are nice and I enjoy the walking trail, very ideal for dog owners. The office has new management so I'm looking forward to see the improvements

This is a really good community. It's quiet and the grounds are kept nice and clean. I like stopping by the office to talk with the staff and/or get snacks from the coffee bar and resident fridge. This is a good place for me.

Love living here, property is well kept up, plenty of amenities, and units are nice and updated inside. Quiet area yet only minutes away from a little bit of everything. I definitely don’t plan on moving anytime soon, staff in the office are amazing and friendly, and the maintenance team is great as well, very knowledgeable and very nice.

Lived here for 1 year and I have found/killed NUMEROUS cockroaches. It is a huge problem. For the amount that Mountain View receives each month for rent, this SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN.

The apartments are great. Maintenance is good and typically swift. They're great at making sure pet waste is taken care of by tenants! The price is insanely high for the size. Otherwise a lovely community.

My move in went well. However, I was a little taken back by the cobwebs and bugs that surrounded my front door as I newly moved in. The deck is full of cobwebs and could have been gently cleaned for new move in arrival. Just my thoughts and suggestions. I would never rent an apartment with that kind of easy cleaning undone

I’ve lived here for a long tome(2018) and it’s a good place to live because it’s quiet, close to tons of places and management and maintenance do a great job of trying to take care of their tenants.

Living at mountain view has been an awesome experience. Each and every time we've needed maintenance, they've helped out immediately. The community is very well taken care of. The pool is always clean and they've got a bunch of stuff you can use like floaties, football, volleyball, etc. The best part of it all, if you live on the third floor, you can see the mountains from a distance.

Mountain View is an easy place to live. It is in a great location near grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. The complex has a lot of trees and a walking path. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have a fridge that is filled with drinks and snacks. The maintenance team responds to calls pretty quickly and fixes things timely. I would recommend this community to anyone.

So far so good. I have little time in the place to evaluate everything but I already saw something that is very important to me. But I think the parking area and green areas are very dark at night. More lighting would be great.

It all starts with management. The staff is what makes and keeps the place great. The team here is first of all so nice, helpful, and really care about the people. They work hard to make it a great place to live!

I would recommend this community. It is a great complex with excellent management. There is little noise from the road and friendly neighbors. The community is kept clean and the amenities are nice. One of my favorite things is the fridge in the office that is stocked with drinks and snacks. I go grab something and talk with the managers, sometimes for 20 minutes at a time. It is great to be welcomed anytime I stop in.

The Mountain View staff is fantastic. I have had an awesome experience. The team has made me feel at home. The grounds and apartment layout are really nice.

All good with the apartment. A bit dated with some minor things to work on. But all clean with a good one bedroom layout. The apartment complex layout is quite nice with a good pool, park area, workout place, and nice landscaping.

Gorgeous grounds. Wonderful staff. Conveniently located to everything ! Great pool is immaculately kept and clean . Laundry area new and always clean and in great working order.
