The property is beautiful and well kept. The trees and walking trail make it feel secluded even though you are right down the road from restaurants and shops. The manager is so helpful and goes above and beyond to respond to my requests. Everything has been wonderful so far. 10/10

The washer and driers keep breaking down, and now have been spending more money on the already expensive apartment. Better to use a laundry mat to save money, time, and patience.

My rating has gone down since the changes made in the office, the roaches, and the way that the water bill is calculated. There is no way that me and my daughter have used $140 a month in water each month we have been here.

A nice, and safe location to live in. The buildings are over 30 years old, and paying for a higher price not matched with the quality your getting.
Great place to live. Quiet community within close proximity to all major shopping and food. Apartments are outdated on the inside but offer everything you need. Amenities are nice and I enjoy the walking trail, very ideal for dog owners. The office has new management so I'm looking forward to see the improvements

This is a really good community. It's quiet and the grounds are kept nice and clean. I like stopping by the office to talk with the staff and/or get snacks from the coffee bar and resident fridge. This is a good place for me.

Love living here, property is well kept up, plenty of amenities, and units are nice and updated inside. Quiet area yet only minutes away from a little bit of everything. I definitely don’t plan on moving anytime soon, staff in the office are amazing and friendly, and the maintenance team is great as well, very knowledgeable and very nice.

Lived here for 1 year and I have found/killed NUMEROUS cockroaches. It is a huge problem. For the amount that Mountain View receives each month for rent, this SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN.

The apartments are great. Maintenance is good and typically swift. They're great at making sure pet waste is taken care of by tenants! The price is insanely high for the size. Otherwise a lovely community.

My move in went well. However, I was a little taken back by the cobwebs and bugs that surrounded my front door as I newly moved in. The deck is full of cobwebs and could have been gently cleaned for new move in arrival. Just my thoughts and suggestions. I would never rent an apartment with that kind of easy cleaning undone

I’ve lived here for a long tome(2018) and it’s a good place to live because it’s quiet, close to tons of places and management and maintenance do a great job of trying to take care of their tenants.

Living at mountain view has been an awesome experience. Each and every time we've needed maintenance, they've helped out immediately. The community is very well taken care of. The pool is always clean and they've got a bunch of stuff you can use like floaties, football, volleyball, etc. The best part of it all, if you live on the third floor, you can see the mountains from a distance.

Mountain View is an easy place to live. It is in a great location near grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. The complex has a lot of trees and a walking path. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have a fridge that is filled with drinks and snacks. The maintenance team responds to calls pretty quickly and fixes things timely. I would recommend this community to anyone.

So far so good. I have little time in the place to evaluate everything but I already saw something that is very important to me. But I think the parking area and green areas are very dark at night. More lighting would be great.

I would recommend this community. It is a great complex with excellent management. There is little noise from the road and friendly neighbors. The community is kept clean and the amenities are nice. One of my favorite things is the fridge in the office that is stocked with drinks and snacks. I go grab something and talk with the managers, sometimes for 20 minutes at a time. It is great to be welcomed anytime I stop in.

All good with the apartment. A bit dated with some minor things to work on. But all clean with a good one bedroom layout. The apartment complex layout is quite nice with a good pool, park area, workout place, and nice landscaping.

Just moved in. My move in experience has been great. Everyone seems to be quiet and the area is very clean. I have not smelled any smoke or seen anything hanging from the balconies or stacked in front of the doors.

This complex is a great place to live and very convenientto nearby hiking and walking trails, as well as many stores. Never had any issues with noise. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful. One of the best perks is the community events the managers host once a month. The events can range from anything from a game night, to weekly walking groups, to ice cream social. The events are family friendly and a great way to connect with your neighbors. I highly recommend Mountain View, especially if you are looking for a complex with social events.

A very safe area! Community washer and dryers really need work. Will smell up clothes and will not dry all the way. Plus getting tokens in a completely different building is very time consuming. Would love them to be credit card friendly since we are already paying a high price for the apartment. All in all a nice place to stay!

The main frustration with this property is that they randomly close a lot. 100% they let you know the day of via email. Not to mention they are short staffed. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone! In addition, the indoor heating and AC are poor. It’s frustrating that their billing system takes the total energy output from the Building you live in and splits it across tenants and somehow they proportion it based on # of people in each household/unit. Lastly, a few tenants have a roach infestation and these roaches are the size of an adult thumb. . Our neighbor mentioned they come in from outside , sadly we located one in our apartment . That alone is enough for us to not renew .

We are so thankful for this community! The location suits our family perfectly because it is centrally located and is close to stores and the community resources we use regularly. The property and views are lovely; however, it is the management and maintenance teams that set this community apart. We know they genuinely care about us as residents because of their attitude and service. They make an effort to know the names and needs of the residents, plan and encourage neighborhood events, and promptly, politely, and effectively handle maintenance requests. The entire staff has made our move to Knoxville very easy. We recommend this community highly.

Mountain View is wonderful. It’s beautiful. The staff is great. The apartments are renovated very well and it’a a great location. The laundry center is convenient and the pool is spacious and relaxing. I would recommend Mountain View to anyone.

Overall a well located and relaxed place to live, just a little expensive for what you get, and not having a washer and dryer and having to pay to use theirs gets old quick.

We have loved our time living at mountain view! We have had zero problems with neighbors, noise, or staff. Our only issues are with some dryers in the laundry facility not working, but if you let the office know, they will refund you coins for every load that didn't dry. Office is quick to respond to emails and requests and we have rarely had to make service requests for small things like the air filter and smoke alarm. Service requests are completed promptly.
