This community is great, lots of trees, the location is awesome. close to shopping, grocery stores, schools and most of all dog park. i couldn't have asked for a better location.

from start to finish everything is very easy with the staff the tour of the apartment the ease of the lease agreement and moving in
Nice location and apartment is in good shape staff helpful ac went out and they fixed it same day
The grounds are wonderful, walking paths that are well lit at night. The location is next to several parks, its a great place to have children!
Happy and invited my niece who is now a resident.
Pros: new carpets when we moved in, easy to apply online, approved quickly, need office staff is friendly enough Cons: constantly losing your paperwork (to get more money from you), outdated ugly appliances, nothing energy efficient, maintenance is awful, lying about amenities, i fell through my shower wall and it took 3 months to get anything fixed and we weren't allowed to use our master bathroom during that time, not refunded for electricity used to remodel our bathroom, threatened for no reason, lied about pet deposit being refundable (always trying to steal your money), landscapers are terrible and blow leaves and rocks at your vehicles, no parking, porta potty in parking lot that gets knocked over and human waste running all over the place and not picked up or cleaned for weeks, AC leaks, all toilets leak and run,all plumbing terrible, pool is dirty and closed randomly for no reason Find a different apartment.... all others in the area are nicer.

First, let me start off by saying that both office and maintenance staff are nice enough, but unfortunately that doesn't make up for my laundry list of issues. Nothing ever gets fixed here. It literally takes MONTHS for the smallest issue to be completely resolved. First example: we had a toilet from the early 1980's that just needed to be replaced. It took maintenance 3 months to get a new toilet put in! While waiting, the plumbing company told us to avoid using it. Second: our AC went out, and it took me threatening legal action to get someone to come out that day. It was over 100 degrees in my apartment and I have a service animal! Even when the AC was replaced, our vents do not circulate air properly, which means that my apartments stays hot. Our AC was replaced in May, and our vents still aren't replaced (it's now July). This just irks me because I have to pay for a higher electric just to keep my apartment cool! Additionally, when they replaced the AC unit, now our living room lights constantly flicker. We can't even use them because they just go on and off randomly (also not fixed by maintenance yet). Third: Our knob to our master shower literally just fell off one day. Submitted a request, 5 months later they show up to fix it. Not a dire problem that needs to be fixed that day, but 5 months?! I can list dozens of other examples but I think you get the point. Whenever I have asked about the status of my requests, I always get the same response, "I've submitted the work order so...". The maintenance men are very nice and professional, but unfortunately that doesn't make up for having to wait for months for anything to be done. These are very old apartments, and unfortunately if things were fixed properly and not just Jimmy-rigged they would be much nicer than they are. Another thing I will say is that the ventilation is a joke. I keep my thermostat at 78, and even with the heat blocking curtains our AC is constantly running. The only good thing I have to say about these apartments is that they are very quiet for the most part. We had an upstairs neighbor that was recently evicted who was constantly loud and had random people coming and going all hours of the night. All of our other neighbors are very nice and considerate. I would not recommend these apartments based on my past experience.

I was very impressed with Lisa the office manager from the moment I walked into the office. She was so warm and friendly, very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. The community is very nice and relaxed, the apartments are very cozy and I love the fireplaces!
This is a nice family apartment. The staff is all ways quick to help, and very pleasant. The grounds are well groomed and clean at all times. The common areas are clean and safe. Plenty of security and lighting for parking and common areas. The swimming pool is double locked for safety, and always clean. The bbqs are cleaned daily for use. All in all it is a nice and quiet place to live. Very spacious apartments with good water pressure . The built in spa bath tubs are a great add on. Tim Evans Phoenix AZ

No chefs kitchen here. Flashback to funky and cheap white laminate cabinets on faux blond wood. Kitchen has ONE drawer and very limited cabinet space and about 3 total feet of counter space. Tiny low end appliances round out the kitchen experience. The rest of the second story apartment is nice. High vaulted ceilings (no ceiling fans) make the space feel bigger. Interesting fireplaces in the living room and master. Master has two small walk in closets (one also holds the water heater)and on suite bathroom. Second bedroom is average, guest bath with funky storage, full size washer and dryer are also low end. Washer doesn't even offer a water temperature setting. Maintenance staff is wonderful, Ken always waves hello and is happy to change a light-bulb or unclog a drain. Quick to replace a broken garbage disposal, dishwasher and water-heater. Worst point is the rent system. You pay a different amount each month. Your water bill is NOT yours. The property gets one bill and splits it among all the residents based on how many people per unit. No need to conserve water since it doesn't reflect your usage (>_<) gurrr Pool but no hot tub/ Jacuzzi.
