Poor management, rent keeps going up, Shimon has poor communication skills and now we have a new property manager which we were not told. I enjoyed my stay but management need to improve. Maintenance (Mando) has been professional and curious.
I called so many times about this apartment and no response! Poor communication skills.
Where do we begin? From the moment we called Simon to inquire about a one bedroom apartment to the day we gave notice that we found a house, Simon was nothing but helpful and accommodating ! One thing about these apartment complexes that we can’t say for all the others we saw during our apartment search was that these particular apartments at Mount Airy Manor felt like HOME. They are extremely spacious, there was always parking and for the almost two years we were there we truly had zero complaints. Our neighbors were friendly, management was always polite and maintenance came in a timely fashion. If you’re looking for a place to call home this is it. You will not be disappointed. The location is an added bonus. You’re 15 min away from everywhere Horsham, willow grove, Plymouth meeting etc. the market is less than 10 min away and you’re 3 minutes away from the post office. We are so grateful to have had such an amazing experience at these apartment complexes and every time one of our friends tells us they’re looking for an apartment the only name that comes out of our mouths is MOUNT AIRY MANOR! Lovely neighborhood and quiet for the most part. Managment plays favoritism to particular tenants who complain about minor things. The neighbor upstairs slams the main door coming and going but doesn't like for you to make noise. Questionable on how long I will be here
I am a current new resident coming up on 1 year and I will not be renewing my lease. My apartment is beautiful, hardwood floors, new appliances, you name it! My main issue is with my basement neighbor who has seniority (lived there since the building was built)She is older and complains about the smallest noises (i dropped a remote, my heels hit the floor, tv volume, etc) and contact management. Management favors her and has not done anything to either move her or me to another building. None of my other neighbors complain. I'm sure she is the reason for the last tenant to leave. I love my apartment but im leaving once my lease is up.
I'm coming up on a year here and I was skeptical because I really didnt see any reviews about this property but i love it so far. Very quiet the Landlord Aaron is actually cool and funny lol.. Very responsive team nothing bad to say really my apartment is huge and has hardwood floors. You're NOT gonna find anything bigger for the price trust me! So I would definitely recommend you move here
