I just moved in, but so far I have had a 10/10 experience with everything I have gotten to see and do here so far. The pool is great. Love the grills in the pool area as well as the outside area of the second building. I love that when I walk outside, the nightlife is so close by. I love the area, and how safe it feels, and how clean it is kept. I am new to this corporate lifestyle, but it is a great place to live for those going into corporate in Uptown. I also love that I live behind the light rail, and am 2 stops away from my job. The walk is 10 minutes, so it's also a quick walk. Everything to love!

My husband and I are closing in on ten years here. We've watched the South End grow and change over this decade, and this complex has become home. We're grateful maintenance has been there for us, and fast (especially when our AC blew out last year), and that other issues have been addressed professionally. The elevators being consistently out has been tough to deal with. As well as the noise level in the building with people shouting and screaming between midnight and 4am. The apartment itself was dirty upon moving in, the cabinets and closet shelfs were broken and so dusty they were sticky.

The staff is fantastic. The apartment is large but old. The amenities are okay. There's a slight roach issue when it's cold outside but the staff does act quickly. I was thinking of renewing my lease but this was too big of a deterrent for me.

The only problem I have is the trash service. This is the second time I put it out and it has not come. I am not sure if I am putting it out at the wrong time. But I put it out on a Thursday before 6pm and it has not been emptied.
The leasing office employees are nothing short of magnificent! So far I’m enjoying my residence at the mosaic. Great location for young professionals looking for an area with everything you can need!

I have no complaints. It’s easily in one of the best areas in Charlotte. Everything is clean and the amenities are great. The sky bridge makes it easy to move between my building and the parking garage. Everything is close by and easy access.

Mosaic was the best choice for me personally. I looked everywhere in South End, and the age of the complex brought the character I was looking for. The staff is SOOO friendly, and answered all of my questions with knowledge. The location is supreme, with it being right on the light rail and a five minute walk from Uptown. I just moved into Mosaic a couple weeks ago and it has been BY FAR the best experience I have had moving into a new apartment. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and any maintenance requests/emails are answered in a timely manner. My 2 bedroom is super spacious with 2 full baths and closets, an island, and a huge balcony. This complex is also in a prime location as it is right next to the Bland Street light rail station and walking distance from any bars/restaurants in the heart of South End. We are very happy with our decision!

I’ve been here at the mosaic going on 4yrs now it has been a pleasure to live here! I love everything about my place. The staff down in the office is Great! I have to give Big Huge S/O to Lauren! Down in the office she really makes situations seem very small very patients always there to help and also a few laughs when I’m passing through since I’ve been here the staff has always been A1 going all the way back to my first tour with Danny! With price of apartment going up these days and becoming very expensive they have been fair and worked with me on the pricing the best they could If I was able to buy my unit I really would! Love the location it’s great for hosting! maintenance is always on it! Also friendly as well! If I had one bad flaw or maybe a suggestion to make this place that much more better would be make the Pool Heated! That would bring more people to the pool! And make it that much more better!

Mosaic is one of the more roomy and spacious places I’ve seen in south end. Close enough to uptown and Target, good amenities, parking garage is a plus!

I love it here at Mosaic South End! My apartment is very big and the staff here is amazing. I love how they always welcome me everytime I enter. Mosaic Feels like a home to me and I really love that. I am able to walk to all the spotlight places!

I have been a resident at Mosaic South End for 2.5 years and my experience has been positive. I really enjoy being located in the heart of one of the best areas in Charlotte and the overall value Mosaic South End offers. The leasing office team and the property maintenance team are friendly, responsive, and punctual. In particular, the assistant manager, Lauren, has made my experience memorable through her kindness, attentiveness, and authenticity. For example, there was a minor issue with my A/C unit recently and Lauren made the maintenance team aware. The next day they checked it out and determined it needed to be replaced. Three days later I had a brand new A/C unit, all because I mentioned this in passing to her. Thank you Mosaic South End team and Lauren for your resident-centric mindset. We appreciate you taking care of us.

Mosaic South End Apartments are very nice and you get a lot more space for the same price when compared to many of the other apartments nearby. The staff are all nice and whenever I've had an issue they've willingly helped me handle it. One of the managers, Lauren, has been especially helpful and easy to work with. You can't beat the location if you're looking for the heart of South End.

I have now officially been at Mosaic for over a year and some change and my decision to stay could not have been easier! I love it! The office staff are kind, responsive, and always willing to help! Lauren in particular is a phenomenal asst. community manager here, and she has gone above and beyond to assist me when needed. Lauren is always available and willing to help out and making living here an awesome experience which I am continuously appreciative of. They plan super fun events for residents, and there is always something to do!!! It’s the most positive apartment complex experience I’ve ever had! The amenities are always clean and in excellent condition, and I never have issues parking. My apartment is spacious, and I very very rarely hear any of my neighbors, and if I do, it’s usually on a weekend and before midnight, so it’s not a problem. I am always impressed by the quick response, professionalism, and competency of the maintenance team! They always treat my space with respect and handle every issue with efficiency, care, and excellent work!!!! Lauren, and the staff at Mosaic truly make the community here feel like a family, and I am excited for the next year! Overall, 12 out of 10 would recommend!

First of all, my fav thing about it is the lobby. I come down daily to grab a coffee and have a quick chat with Toriano, Kianna, or both of them. They're both super helpful and I'm happy to have somebody to talk with if I have any questions or need any help etc. which is might do a bit more often, as I'm from Europe, so I'm new to the US :) Really loving the vibe and events they organize ??

Overall one of the best apartments in southend. The location is great, just a few blocks away from uptown while still being in the heart of Southend. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful - especially Lauren, the assistant manager. She'll always go the extra mile to help out with any issues the residents may be having. 5/5

I was thrust into a last minute change in housing plans due to some health issues plaguing a loved one. Fortunately, I was able to acquire novation on a unit with sweetheart pricing at Mosaic. From application to signing, the process was smooth due to Lauren’s thoughtful and transparent nature. Since moving in, I've found the staff to be more akin to friends than leasing agents; whether it be giving my pup the lovens, playful banter, thoughtful conversation, or just stopping in to grab a cup of coffee on my way, the Mosaic leasing team has been nothing short of incredible.
