I recently moved in to Mosaic and had a great experience. Samantha in the front office gave me a great tour of all the units relevant to my search and helped me out with tons of honest advice. It made my search much less intimidating and led to me choosing Mosaic. During move in, I had a small maintenance issue pop up and Samantha sent the maintenance team to fix it on the spot. Would recommend the complex!
Genuinely love this place. The rooms are nice, the pool and hot tub feel like it's in a resort, and the gym is wonderful. After my last apartment, I assumed all leasing offices were rude and unkind, but this place is so welcoming. I stop in a few times a week to get a cup of coffee or a soda. The leasing agent, Samantha, was so honest and helpful, and really guided us to the best apartment for us. We still stop in and chat with her frequently. We're staying for a few years for sure

Needed to find an apartment asap after relocating to SoCal. I called the Mosaic in the afternoon and explained to Samantha my situation. She was able to show me around the beautiful and well maintained Mosaic that evening and gave me options of available apartments with different views. She listened to my needs and worked so diligently that I had the keys to my new beautiful apartment in less than 24 hours! Everything from the credit check to signing the lease agreement and getting situated went so smoothly thanks to Samantha guiding me throughout the entire process. The maintenance crew is friendly and super quick. The 2 times I’ve needed minor repairs they were there to fix it the very next morning. I’m grateful to live in a beautiful and safe environment, and grateful for being surrounded by wonderful people such as Samantha in the leasing office! Highly recommend!

Maintenance team is amazing they go above and beyond. This rating is more for the women that work in the office. My garage clicker was not working and I was given one that the battery would not stay in place, I had to hold down the battery every time to use it. I was only given one. On top of that, I had an emergency and mistakenly left my clicker in the garage. There is no way of opening the garage without it. Lucky I was able to find maintenance myself and they went above and beyond to help me. As for Alexis and Samantha turned me away and said to go find the maintenance men myself the following day. When it wasnt working. I ended up going to Home Depot and buying my own clicker so I can have a. Back up and be able to open it Myself. I dont have a problem with the management team, but they are extremely rude and cant help with things like this

I enjoy living at Mosaic. Its expensive to rent in Ventura County but, at Mosaic we have a gated community, wonderful amenities, and a great maintenance staff. The office staff are nice and they provide cold drinks and coffee! I l like living here.

Living at Mosaic so far has been great. The property is beautiful and the 1bedroom units are really nice and the central AC and washer and dryer in the unit is fabulous! The shopping amenities that are literally right across the street includes a Victoria Secret, a MAC makeup store, an Ulta, lots of others but those are my absolute favorites along with Target, Walmart, Home Depot, TJ Max, Nordstrom Rack, there are so many Id be listing them for a long time. Every place has its pros and Cons, but overall, Im happy with my choice in making Mosaic my new home and Im confident in saying that you will too!

I moved in a week ago after traveling from the east coast. Great communication from the staff to help me find the best place for me, and everything was ready for move in as soon as I walked in the door. So far the place has been quiet, well maintained, and maintenance has been on top of any requests. Great location as well, and I appreciate that the complex is gated. Super satisfied with Mosaic.

Ive lived in Mosaic for several years now and i still love my apartment just as much as i did when i first moved here!! I always tell people when i am home i legit feel like i am on a resort , so beautiful and peaceful..highly recommend

Mosaic has the best apartments in all of Ventura County. There is no other apartment complex that has the following features I needed: A garage plus a parking spot, a gate for safety, several bbq grills, resort-style pool, convenient location close to the collection, elevators which makes living on a high floor convenient, nice carpeted hallways outside of the units, stainless steel appliances, large units, secure package delivery (lockboxes and parcel pending), sound-proof walls that prevent me from almost ever hearing neighbors, convenient online rent payment, a skilled maintenance team, and a friendly staff. While I do recommend living here and believe it is the best, these are the downsides I have encountered: rent increases a lot every year, sometimes maintenance is understaffed which causes a delay in maintenance request responses, the elevators frequently go out of order (I am often having to drive all the way around to the other gate to get in).

I couldn't be happier with my stay at Mosaic. While the awesome location and resort-style amenities always wowed my friends and family who visited me at times, the staff of Mosaic (Tiffany and team) is what truly made my stay a memorable one. People here go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. I don't feel safe in the community anymore and will not be renewing. I use to really like it but I am seeing a lot of turn over and hearing some horror stories from my neighbor. My husband and I will not be renewing.

I needed an apartment in Oxnard and I stopped in here. It seemed okay and so I applied. After I looked at my unit I changed my mind. Dents in the refrigerator door and exterior doors that didn’t seal and shined light around the outside as well as spray paint on the garage floor. I changed my mind and they kept all my money. $300 mistake. Horrible people.

Mosaic is a great place to live if you: like to feel safe (Gated); like clean grounds (They have full time maintenance staff and even spray wash all of the common areas including stairs!); like a clean pool area; like beautiful wood floors and neutral wall colors; like upgraded appliances; like a balcony; like having washer and dryer in your apartment (I was so tired of hauling laundry up and down stairs); friendly office staff (they even provide free coffee!); like having an elevator (I like living in top stories but sometimes I am carrying a lot of stuff so I can use elevator instead of climbing stairs. Plus it was great for move in.); like being near shopping and entertainment (Mosaic is across the street from The Collection); like grassy park areas (There is a beautiful park down the street); have a dog or cat (Mosaic allows them and even has bags available); and want a great place to call home. I am so glad I moved here.

Parking is a huge issue at this property there is never parking available after 4 pm, The pool and spa are constantly closed, and it can take several days for maintance to come fix the plumbing issues that are very common. Would not recommend living here.

Two bedroom and two bathroom with laundry machines included. Wood floor plan for kitchen and living room. Beautiful view of the islands. In the winter the sun sets over the islands and there is the most beautiful sunsets. A garage is included. The facility also has a gym and a pool. The clubhouse offers fresh ground Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf coffee. The location is right next to the Collection Shopping Center where Whole Foods, Starbucks, restaurants and a movie theater.

My wife and I have a 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with a joining garage and tandem outside carport which backs into a communal bbq, ping pong and glass fireplace area. Just around the corner; a gym with better than average equipment, a pool, a hot tub and more bbqs! In our apartment, some areas for improvement could be - better space utilization (washer/dryer are in a room within the bathroom but the space is poorly used). - more drawer/cupboard space. - Better ventilation systems (feel like we have to close/lock all the windows before we leave the house everytime for security but then there is no way for fresh air to circulate whilst we are away). - We have also had to reverse which way the fridge doors open and install our own shower head (as the apartment one yeilds less than desirable pressure). Great for young professionals and newly weds.

Love the town homes. Clean and up to date. Wagers and dryers in unit with a garage and air conditioning. They accept pets which is very helpful.
