The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Morton Village
Morton village is about safety. Nicely tucked away but close to everything. I've lived here 15 years no complaints. Apartments are huge for Boston. Put in your application and join our safe community.
I like the work that the office staff as well as the maintenance team does., For that I'm satisfied.
This is a neighborly place to live. Management is very involved.
A quiet place in the midst of noisy city filled with hustle and bustle !!!!!
I’ve been here for 9 years & love the space & my neighbors. Love the new udates as well.
Not recommended. You would not get your concerns addressed
I have lived in this community for more than several years, and largely enjoy my stay here. The property is kept fairly clean, inside and out, I no longer have a problem with mice or roaches, and repairs, when needed are done efficiently and in a timely manner. The management office is located on the property, and I walk over if needed, or communicate via email. I am also grateful that there is a security company that patrols the grounds, and they can be contacted and are helpful, if necessary. Management staff sometimes host events for the tenants, and often guests are invited. I can say that this is largely a safe environment for families and individuals to live.
Morton Village is a great community to be apart of , just like any other community there’s improvements that need to be done, as long as the property manager is doing his job to take people’s concerns into consideration I think Morton village has the potential to be a even better community I already seen the improvements, I have a aunt who’s lived here since the 80s so yes I see all the improvements. Thank You
They did a great job. The same day, at the first call they came to fix it. Thank you.
Maintenance services are always timely especially in the case of an emergency.
I have live here over 20 years. Morton village has great potential. However needs a lot of work. Apartments are very outdated. Only appliances, etc. updates only as tenants leave. Nothing provides to loyal long term tenants. Mice infestation out of control, never seen in all the years here. Perviously maybe one mouse a year. Now up to 5 mice a week. Buildings need to be treated entirely not by apartment! Toddler child in home with severe allergies and asthma. Documentation noted from hospital concerning mice. Hot water is a continuously an issue during winter months for the last few years. Also stolen packages have become a huge issue.
I have lived here for about 17 years and I've had no issues outside of the little rodents around
Nice, quiet environment with view of the sunsets. Love my unit, I have no worries.
I'm very satisfied with all the staff that work here. They are dedicated to their work. Always on time and respectful. Also, the people that work in the office. Sebastian and Gregory. Great teamwork! Thank you!
I been living here for about 19 years, and I’m planning on not moving. Everything is very convenient around the area. The neighbors are very respectful, peaceful and friendly. Curlene Thomas
