Building features 5th floor community deck with great bay & mountain views, security entrance, elevator and secured underground parking garage. Close to WWU, dining, shopping, entertainment and right on the South Bay Trail. *Monthly rental price is for single occupant per bedroom. $35/month extra for each additional occupant, not to exceed 2 persons per bedroom/studio. 1 year lease required - $50 application fee per applicant - $25 cosigner fee per cosigner If approved, applicants should expect to sign a lease and pay Security Deposit along with a one-time $100 Administrative Fee within 1 business day. First month's rent (prorated, if move-in is after the 1st of the month) will be due on lease start date. Renter's insurance required throughout tenancy. Rent includes W/S/G and (for most units) one (1) parking space in an underground parking garage OR lot (predetermined by unit). Tenant pays for electricity through Puget Sound Energy.
