AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Living here has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. The noise from the neighbors above us is relentless, day and night, to the point that it’s made our home completely unlivable. Despite repeated complaints, management refuses to intervene and instead hides behind the lease clause that “noise is expected in apartment living”—a lazy excuse for not enforcing basic standards of respect and peace. The front gate is another disaster. It malfunctioned and closed on my car, causing visible damage. When I brought it to the attention of the office, they pointed to a tiny disclaimer posted at the gate stating they’re not responsible for any damages. It’s unacceptable that they’re aware of a dangerous issue and refuse to take accountability. To make matters worse, the staff in the front office are consistently condescending and unhelpful. Rather than resolving resident concerns, they gaslight and brush them off. It’s clear they prioritize convenience over community. The complex itself is poorly maintained—residents leave trash, shoes, and other clutter in the hallways with no enforcement of cleanliness or standards. Finding parking after 5 PM is a nightmare; expect to walk a long distance just to reach your unit. And perhaps the most telling part of this entire experience: management is terminating our lease simply because we’ve raised legitimate complaints. When we reached our breaking point from all of this, their solution was to kick us out. That says everything you need to know about how they treat residents. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You deserve better.

Maintenance doesn’t seem to do anything, constantly being told that I have to fix, clean, replace, and pretty much do everything on my own. The dog park fence has been broken the entire time I’ve lived here, the gyms punching bag has been down for months after I asked and they said they were just waiting on a part months ago, the gate is never working. Aside from all that the apartments are beautiful and management is nice and helpful where they can be, and the apartments are safe.

Pretty good living space overall. Although it's not necessarily close to much it, isn't too far from anything either (stores, restaurants, schools, etc, are less than 30 minutes). The management could use some rework.

I've been living here since September of 2020....had a chance to move to another apartment complex just as nice in September of 2021 in order to shave 15min off my drive to work to the refinery I work at. Instead, I chose to renew at domain Morgan's landing for another year. I'll eventually move on to buying a house in the next five years....but so far I plan on keeping domain my home until that time. I plan on staying at least another 2 years. I've never had any issues here and when I need maintainence (which has been rare) it's completed quickly and with quality. The staff is great as well. 9.5/10. This has been my personal experience.

A clean, well maintained community with great amenities. The units at Domain are beautiful and spacious. I love the storage space in the units as well. The amount of kitchen cabinets are the most I've seen in any one bedroom unit across Houston! I'm a kitchen person, so this is a plus. I am happy that I was introduced to this location.

Since I moved in back in August, there was a maintenance issue or two and were taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend Domain to anyone who is looking for a great place to call home.

We worked with all the staff at some point with the move in process, and they all made it very easy for us. When its advertised as Luxury Apartments they definitely do not disappoint. From the apartments themselves, to the amenities provided... everything is great here! Happy to call The Domain my home.

I loved the appearance of the complex, and knew that I would have to call it home one day, and I now live here which worked out great to be closer to work, my daughter & new grandson. Recommend Domain @ Morgans Lansing for anyone looking for a great apt with awesome amenities.
