Todo iba bien en este lugar pero este año 2025 es malo no hacen caso con los problemas que tiene el apartamento y se me hace injusto que uno paga su renta cada mes sin problema par que tengan sus apartamentos con fallas y no las vengan arreglar
si estas buscando un lugar para rentar que te ofrezca toda la tranquilidad , comodidad y comfort y que a su vez le puedas llamar HOGAR , tienes que venir a MORADA GRANDE , vas a ser atendido por Angie y Deisy , dos chicas fantasticas , profesionales y con un optimo conocimiento de su trabajo , te guian paso a paso durante el proceso hasta cumplir tus expectativas, te lo recomiendo al 100 %

Morada Grande would be a comfortable and beautiful community but just needs some touch up's here and there. Especially the homeless living and sleeping in the garbage cans and bathing in the swimming pool. Trash thrown everywhere, garbage cans aflow, graffiti on walls non working front gates, roach infestation, broken signage when entering the community. Price for rent doesn't do justice for the class it falls into.

This place is horrible don’t move in here!!! Save your money. Management doesn’t care about anyone’s concerns. Property always has trash everywhere. They don’t enforce the leash law for animals. The padding or insulation between the floors is horrible. Oh believe me I’m not planning on renewing my lease.

Honestly since they switched the people in the office nothing ever gets done. 3+ weeks for work orders. Gates are broken so people can just get into the complex even though it's suppose to be secure. So many broke down cars in the uncovered spots hard to find parking sometimes. Homeless people bathing in the swimming pool. hot tub doesn't work. People have huge parties and leave trash everywhere. There's a bullet hole in my wall (someone in the bank parking lot shooting and a stray bullet came through the wall from outside) that they just put some caulking over. Dog poop everywhere. I got pics of people urinating on cars. They charge you up the wahoo for all these "Amenities" . The people in the office don't care about nothing. Don't waste your money if I could afford to move I would but I'm poor like most people.

This apartment complex is advancing and providing the community so much more activities such as dog park add-ons, amazon lockers, grill area, pool area, and much more soon. As a resident here so far it’s been great and nonetheless they have so much more coming!

Ground are dirty the trash areas are always overflowing with trash and parking is horrible.

I lived there for a couple of years and very much enjoyed the place. The staff was excellent and quickly responded to my needs. The place was clean and near to 3 freeways. I enjoyed it.
Lived here 10 months and it's horrible had to break my lease roaches, black mold its not worth it
Friendly management staff that is always smiling and willing to listen and help. Conveniently located within walking distance from an elementary school for families with children. Also within walking distance from a plaza that has groceries and shopping stores. Buildings are well maintained and the apartments are spacious and have good interior layout.
