About thirty minutes north of Charlotte on Interstate 77 sits Mooresville, a quiet community on the shore of Lake Norman. Known to many as “Race City USA,” it is the home to the North Carolina Auto Racing Hall of Fame, many NASCAR and IndyCar racing teams and drivers, plus several racing technology suppliers; Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kasey Kahne, and Kyle Busch are among the many drivers who have facilities in the area.
Mooresville is also home to the world headquarters of Lowes Companies, one of the biggest employers in the region. Nearby Huntersville hosts the annual Renaissance Festival, which runs from early October to late November every year. Lake Norman sits just to the west of town, providing a popular destination for swimming, boating, and fishing.

Can't lie they are great people .. always a call away an a big help when needed .. times are hard but it just take a call to let them know n they will try they best to help out .. but family been here since 7yrs going on 8yrs
All they care about is money not people, they keep towing folks cars for no reason just because they’re looking money for themselves, and when you need them they keep ignoring your calls!
This apartment complex is excellent because they work with you and do their best to assist you in every way possible! Rent is affordable and they upkeep the maintenance in the apartments. The staff, Mr. David and Ms. Robin are the bomb with their outstanding customer service! I love it here!
Wish I would give this place -0 stars They dont deserve to still be in business. They are putting their tenants health and lives are risk everyday with the amount of mold, bugs, and everything else that is wrong in that place. 10/10 wouldnt recommend
Property manager just tells you that every apartment has large roaches! This is not true, I moved from an apartment last year that had no trace of insects. They put weather stripping up around my doors and left all of the remnants, trash and debris on my floor all of which I had to clean up. They will blow trash and debris into the gaps in the old doors and you have to clean up the mess. I am also plagued by termites, knats coming out of the drain etc, I let the manager know and she just disregarded what I was saying. My neighbors up above me jump and bang on the walls when I am trying to sleep on my days off on the weekend (I work 3rd shift during the week). The molding in the bathroom looks like it has been chewed up by an animal that was locked in there for a while. Mold is growing from under the bathroom sink and when I told her about these issues and she disregarded the termite issue (which I have pics of), the mold issue (I have pics of) as well as the knats flying around (used a home-made trap so I have plenty of proof of the knats) and coming out of the kitchen and bath room drains. Weather stripping was the only defense they applied besides the pest control that does not help and I did have to clean up their mess. The pest control that they use has to be done frequently and will not contain the insects. I woke up one day to a man just standing in my living room so they will enter your apartment when you are sleeping. I was told that every apartment had roaches and she disregarded my comments about the termites coming into my back door uncontrollably as well as the mold issues. BEWARE!!! The health department needs to inspect this place soon. Good thing my lease is almost up. Gook Luck.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would! Nothing but a DUMP, and FULL OF MOLD!!! Management absolutely IGNORES THE ISSUES! Every other tenet I have spoken to about this mold problem, they have also told me they experience mold. I am NOT the only one! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!!! NOTHING BUT A MOLDY DUMP!!!!

Poor property manager, office girl is like jekyl and hyde. Maintenance is constantly turnes over current main.men one spends more time in his apartment throughout the day instead of working,one young one rides around and hides and listens to his music or on the phone and spending alot of time just sitting around talking to residents. Garbage in garbage area all over the ground at Madison place, been a problem forever, property manager lies about getting the problem fixed, rats,raccoons,snakes all kinds of rodents coming out around madison place due to the major garbage problem. Owners have changed hands in the past 3 months, we were hoping for improvement but nothing has happened yet in the 3 months not even cleaning up the out of control garbage. Property manager knows about drug dealing going on and allowed it even let the known drug dealers sign a new lease,so if your a drug dealer, live here and introduce your self to the property manager,she will welcome you with open arms. Property manager will tell you what you want to hear, just to get you out of the office or off the phone. She lies about getting things done. Maintenance men do not know how to do their jobs. The one that sits in his apt. more than working when on call-hope you dont have your air break as he has no idea how to fix them. This property has consitently gone down and is becoming a dump. So if your ok with living in a dump and living with drug dealers this place is for you.
I moved in not a month ago and I absolutely love it! Everyone is so friendly. The lady's jn the office are extremely helpful and always there if you need them. It is nice and quiet and a wonderful place to live and I am blessed to call it my home. I would recommend these apartments to anyone that I know. :) Kristin
the apartments are nice and spacious. Only thing I didn't like was living on third floor and key never worked to work out room
My family and I live at Willow Creek Apartments in Mooresville,NC . We live it here. We have 2 bedroom apartment. In the apartment complex we have a pool a play ground for the kids. There is washers and dryers to use. Or you can have your own in your apartment. The Maintenance men are great! The ladies in the office are helpful and very nice. We just moved here in March of 2015. We picked a great first place to live. We have met a lot of nice people here. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone!
These apartments have had mold problems, floors peeling up, bathtub breaking , etc. I have an 11 month old baby boy, So we have already spent more money fixing the apartment than anything else.
Great maintenance men. They are always quick to get the job done. Apartment manager is nice & easy to get along with. Clean apartment grounds. Price is a little too much for the quality though.
I checked on Apt.com just to see if there was an Apt. Available near and in the state my daughter and family had recently moved to. I wanted at least a 2 bedroom for when my family back home comes to visit. I have to par down but the apt is more than adequate for my little Yorkie and myself. The area and amenities are great, with most of my favorite stores right down the street. Never did I expect that I would move 600 miles and leave my home of 46 years. On a whim, I put in a application and lo and behold I got the apt. They were even willing to let me hold it for over 6 weeks until I can go home and prepare my things to move. Thanks Apt.com. ??Moving in a couple weeks!
My son is just in the process of moving in while attending UTI in Mooresville. The place had just been re-carpeted and painted and will work good for a couple of students. Seems like it is well kept and area is not too noisy.
We needed a temporary dwelling while we relocated and looked for a house. This place has friendly staff, a decent location and despite not being in a picturesque park like setting, still offered everything the other places had with a much better price point. It's an apartment, so it doesn't have to have waterfalls at the entrance to be a nice place. Apartments are never "forever" and we were more concerned about the main things like neighborhood and ammenities. Nice pool, nice little playground for our son and a safe neighborhood with good staffing. Done!
