Property Ratings at Montreal Courts
Montreal Courts apartment is a beautiful place to live in. I'm in the townhouse and it's beautiful. The comfort of you parking in your own private garage attached to your house is just too good to be true for an apartment but it is. The location is approximately perfect. I've been here 3 years and I'm ready to renew again
The apartment is at the center of town and makes it easier to go to any part of the city within a shorter time.
Great place for first time renters, singles, and couples.
The staff is very cooperative. The location is to good.
I really liked the attention of the office staff, very efficient and fast, and their departments are very comfortable and beautiful.
Poor management, Winter is coming and they're going to be cleaning up the snow and ice and it takes longer to do your maintenance repair when you put in for a maintenance work.
The management team is amazing and my apt is so big and quiet.
I like the professionalism of the customer service. They always want to make sure they solve the issue you call them for.
Trash is picked up regularly - the the environment is clean.
I would tell people not to move here not a good place to live no friendly people in office and don’t take care of their apts and homes

Montreal court is a good place to stay. So calm respectful and clean
Honestly the quality of Apartments is subpar. the appliances, furniture such as cupboards, sinks, the toilet, and tube is outdated. The doors to closest fall off their tracks and show significant signs of age. the carpet is very old and should be replaced. Lastly having carpet in the dining area is a bad idea because it is prone to be stained by food.
I believe that it all in all is a good place to settle in to. Very close quarters and parking is a bit of a hassle at times but overall fine experience.

Worst management company. The apartment looks awful inside. The hallway is discoloration possibly mold. Water stains all over the carpets and ceiling. I have work orders that are an year old. I would not recommend renting here.
Overall it is a very friendly and quiet neighborhood. I really like the balcony but the wasps make it almost impossible to enjoy the balcony view. I love how big the windows are, it makes the room feel bright and not so dull. When cooking, the smell does linger. So you would have to open the windows. But there is always the fear of flies and bugs getting in. The water sometimes turns cold during a shower, but I don’t mind that. Since we pay for our own usage of water, the water comes out in plenty of portion. I’ve lived in other apartments where they pay for water but it comes out in small amounts.
Good living here, as I said good location, close to freeways, park, and finally very good management.
Poor management. You don't want to live here. Our building hallway has water stains on the carpet, the ceilings have discoloration could possibly be mold. I have 2 work order that's an 1 year, still not complete.
I like living here, close to freeways, park next door and excellent manager and staff.
Used to be better. Management is sinking more money into signs and the office building than the actual apartments. Hallway carpet could use replacing as it's wearing on the stairs. Units need new windows that do not leak cold air as well as updated cabinets. Laundry room usually has at least 1 if not more broken machines. But hey... there's a brand new office building that's never open and brand new signs that light up outside.... queue sarcasm.
I would not recommend this apartment to any friends or family. Poor management and our hallway smells and looks dirty. There's water and mold stains on the carpets and ceilings.
Mold. Management/Maintenance does not respond to maintenance requests unless it's an emergency. Mold and ceilings falling in from water damage is not an emergency for them to come. It definitely goes deeper than management, though. Goldmark has a long history of being negligent and it shows. I was sick, CONSTANTLY, while living in a mold infested apartment. I would NEVER rent from them again.

The manager was super nice and professional. She made the move-in fast and easy. The apartment is simple and clean.
Great location but poor quality and lack of effective communication from management. Don’t expect maintenance to be done anytime soon.
Nice cool and calm , police vehicles always around
This maintenance is poor, bathroom sink was busted and had to repair myself, and they took the credit. Cameras do not work, a lot of thefts and people breaking into garages, but they won’t reimburse for stolen items after months of waiting for the lock on the garages to be repaired, And the roofs constantly leak after heavy rain and melting snow and ice. Even the hallways leaked from the pipes, broken windows. Just don’t waste your time here.
Montreal Courts is a very poor place to live. Tons of breaking into and stealing cars. The cameras are NEVER working, according to management. Very dirty and outdated. Expect to wait months to hear a response on maintenance requests. The communication between staff members (management) is few and far between. My work order was "completed" online, without any work being done. Very Dissatisfied with this place and would rather pay a little extra to be treated like a human being.

Montreal Courts is a wonderful apartment, especially if you have pets. There is a pet friendly building. It’s close to a park and the highway.

Montreal Courts is a good place to stay because of its proximity to the city of St. Paul and some shopping areas. Security needs to be improved to make it better. Cameras everywhere, especially the parking lots will attract more people. Towing away cars should not be left at the discretion of the vendor. Thanks

So far Ive enjoyed Montreal Courts as my home. Chris is so helpful and caring and always gets back to me when I have a question or need anything. I love my apartment and the location is amazing !
Literally Meh, it’s not a terrible place but there are better options. For a large, pet friendly apartment near the city for a cheap price it’s good. But noise, maintenance and other factors matter and Montreal lacks a lot in those fields. Also, smell of marijuana is constant, replies are late, my garage was flooded and froze and my car got stuck no one fixed anything. Positives and negatives but you get what you pay for.
Moving in it was nice. Quickly showed its issues. Almost right away the seal on the refrigerator broke off and it never got officially fixed. We went with out lights in our bathroom for over a week while we waited for maintenance to show up after being told 3 days in a row they would show up that day. The sliding glass door handle broke wasnt fixed. The resident portal maintenance request is garbage. Never got a response from it. We always had to email a specific person directly if we had any issues. It takes way to long to hear back from them about anything really. Its an ok starter place and for the price you pay its large but be prepared to try and fix everything yourself or wait forever to get someone to come do it
A safe place to live and affordable prices too. The community is clean and my neighbors are friendly
