I beg you please look elsewhere. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. They let people who have large dogs on the top floors do whatever they want and disrupt your sleep and your life. The management doesn’t care to do anything. Do not live here.

WORST MANAGEMENT OF ALL TIME- DO NOT MOVE HERE! This property is 21 years old the company that currently owns it states that they did cosmetic renovations to the property. I promise you, the cosmetic renovations aren’t worth the price increase. You will still have dated white cabinets pay more than anywhere for trash service ($45) and a “community fee” to use the amenities ($18) to top it off, the management team is never in the office if you need help, you will be routed to the “Central Office” a call center. I have only been here for a quarter of a year and I have put in three service request for a running toilet That has not been fixed to this day, Which ran my water bill up! I was told it would be fixed and that someone would speak to me about a credit that was a month ago! Last, but not least the apartment is unsafe I was electrocuted by a GFCI outlet in my kitchen, This is not only a fire hazard, but dangerous to the residents and their property! Today I went into the office and lucky me, They were there only because their manager was present. If you value your money, your safety and your time look elsewhere.

We have lived here 5+ years and they have definitely gotten worse each year. We will be moving ASAP. There is police in the complex atleast once a week. A month ago SWAT team was here. Definitely don't feel safe having my family here. Constantly people speeding through the community, noisey neighbors, smells like weed all the time. No parking due to dumpster bins taking up all the parking. They charge premium rent for not a premium complex or amenities.
This is a beautiful community and is very well kept and manicured. The city is great and the people that live here are very friendly.
The floors are thin and you can hear the people above you walk around.
My garage had grease on the floor and I request for cleaning it but I was told by the manager no we canâ??t remove it period.
I am very happy to now call Monticello my new home. The leasing staff was amazing and very helpful in the process of my application.
It' quiet! I love my apartment! And the staff are so friendly!!
Meets basic living needs plus option of having a garage. The location is centralized to multiple stores, financial institutions, restaurants, proximity to multiple cities and most importantly my employer.
Great staff and well kept grounds.
Love that the garage attaches to apartment home. Feels more safe coming in and out especially at night.
I would recommend this property to anyone I know. I have done it many times. The property is well maintained and a pleasure to come home to.
Would recommend because of the layout of the apartments, location, dog park and pool. Would warn against fees, mail boxes being broke into, and staff turnover.
