White Oak sits in the southern section of Montgomery County, bisected by the Columbia Pike. Located 11 miles north of Washington, DC, White Oak developed as a largely residential area. I lived here in the renovated one bedroom apartment for 1 year 08/2020- 07/2021 There is a lot to say. 1- they take forever to fix something that you have to keep calling. 2- they are building the laundry facility next to the apartment, I don’t think for how long already but they never finished and all the roaches where coming to my apartment that I had to call personally someone to spray it and pay from my own pocket because it was disgusting. One day we found like 17 roaches under our refrigerator. All the time they were fixing something in that room we knew we were going to see roaches around the apartment. Also at night you will see roaches just hanging in the stairs. 3- neighbors are loud at any time. We had to call the noise complaint couple of times because when you call the office, to be honest, they don’t do really nothing. 4- they were cutting the power every other day with little notice and my husband works from home and he had to leave the house most of the time. 5- they towed our car with the sticker on it and had to call 10+ time to have the money back like they promised. Oh the towed the car and we weren’t notice about it we just figured because I didn’t see the other car outside. 6- if you have a patio like we did you will always have trash on it since the people who live upstairs will trough it from the window. Also neighbors leave they trash outside the door and it’s really nasty specially knowing there are roaches around the stairs. 7- we got charged 75 dollars one time because we had a container outside where we used to sit down since it was in the beginning of us moving in and they didn’t want nobody to have anything outside but I saw a lot of people having bicycle since the last day I left and they didn’t get charge for anything. 8- dogs are not allow but you will see them everywhere lol Personally I don’t recommend to move here there are better places

I've been treated horribly as a tenant. First, there's a rampant roach infestation so they'll force you to clear your kitchen out for treatments that don't work every 2 months. If anything needs to be fixed in your apartment they will with 3 months before fixing it and the office staff is DOWNRIGHT RUDE. their units flood and you'll get mold in your bathrooms and they still won't care.
I live this apartment now . the main lobby was no key every body enter simply. Every day I got a person sleep main lobby and laundry room and l call the police every day also complain the landlord and management was doesn’t care about residents security never advise live this apartment is not secure honestly I’m waiting lease end of day .

I spoke with gabrielle about moving into those apartments and besides the reviews I see she kept it 100% with me she told me the good and bad. She made me feel like it's worth giving it a try and I appreciate the honesty. Very carrying and wonderful consultant, she gets the job done if no one else does. We need more people like her. Not everyone has the same experience and that I do believe.

Not a good place to live . Poor and rude management staff especially Nancy the manager. No maintenance roaches and mice all over and poor drainage system . Please save yourself and go somewhere else

I can only think of two words to describe this apartment complex.... Roaches and Mice.
this is the perfect area ,for someone to live easy for bus transportation shopping center ,hospitals new police station fire stations back balcony view to a playground very large space between building very well maintained unlimited parking space center a/c and heating utility include swimming pool .I leave in a two levels like a townhouse large living room 3bd one an half Wilky Casseus
