Don't move here

I moved in 8 months ago, they were supposed to change the carpet, install a bedroom door, and fix the back patio lock. It took 6 months of the Office manager saying "i"ll be there tomorrow", and each tomorrow bringing a new excuse, and still nothing done. So in the 7th month I held my rent, and they finally took me seriously and fixed everything but the carpet and bedroom door... The community hot tub has been broken for 5 years, they never show up unless your late a day on rent. To top it off the Office Manager lost my apartment key, making me feel very unsafe. Whenever I ask for the owners phone number he does not give it to me and raises his voice.
