This is a wonderful property with courteous staff. It is very convenient to Hampton Roads. The neighbors are friendly and there is a feeling of safety here.
From the moment I walked in, this apartment truly felt like home, not just a place to lay my head. The area is amazing — peaceful, well-kept, and conveniently located. The amenities are top-tier and thoughtfully designed, making everyday living feel comfortable and elevated. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and you can tell they truly care about their residents. The apartment itself is beautiful, modern, and inviting. I feel a real sense of comfort and belonging here, and that means everything. I’m so happy with my decision and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

The pool should stay open later than 8 pm. 8 pm is way too early for a closing time. 9 pm would be more reasonable. Most hotels and apartments have their pools open past 8 pm. It makes me want to consider a different living situation.

At first, I was honestly quite skeptical about moving into a large apartment complex. But after scheduling a showing with Michelle, I was impressed by the modern design of the apartments and the amazing amenities the building offers, like the saltwater pool, gym, yoga room, valet trash pickup, playground, and community events. I couldn’t find a reason not to move in. Now, after about 8 months, we’re still really happy here, and I’m looking forward to the pool reopening!

In all the years I’ve lived at different apartment buildings and complexes, I’ve never felt more welcome and at home than here. The property itself is brand new and beautiful, it’s peaceful but has easy access to highways. What really sets this place apart though is the wonderful staff! They have multiple events with and for residents so we’ve been able to meet and socialize with them and each other. I love being here, would recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Our experience at Montage at Marquis Hills has been exceptional. The property and amenities are beautiful and well-maintained, and the friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The location is prime; we are so close to all the attractions and enjoy the serenity of the area. There's plenty to do, and our children particularly enjoy the resort-like pool. We love that they accommodate pets as well, with plenty of walking areas and a dog park. The attention to detail and luxurious amenities truly make us feel like we are living in a high-end resort.

Amazing community, amazing apartments and most of all, amazing staff. From my tour with Bess, to needing support from Bess and Michelle to get my application process completed, just an absolute professional and caring property management group. This is my 4th apartment community and so far is the most beautiful community and the nicest staff I’ve dealt with. The community amenities are stunning, all the fees and charges were explained to me beforehand so there were 0 surprises once I received the keys. The community is still being built and I love the tech aspect, in amenities.
