Property Ratings at Monarch Pass
Been in communication with them for a while and sent my daughters there to do a tour for me a lady was very unprofessional and rude. The tour was for 1pm and they were running behind so my daughter called and asked if they could still come they were told yes. But upon arrival it was a sign on door saying out to lunch but they clearly saw people walking around in their. And a lady came out and was “ can’t you read, we at lunch” pointing to sign. So my daughter tells her they had an appointment for a viewing then she says the in a team meeting. Which is it, either you on lunch or in a meeting because it’s not the same thing. My thing is if your “lunch” was so important you shouldn’t have told them to come or you could’ve been a little more polite about it. No professionalism at all. But y’all expect people who have traveled from out of state to take that kind of treatment. Absolutely not, we don’t accept where we are from so we surely not gonna take it there. So just know you all missed out some very respectable, clean, and responsible tenants because we were gonna try to rent a 2 bdrm for me and a 1 bdrm for my other daughter. If you treat potential tenants like this lord knows how they treat the tenants who live there. Just like cancer you need to cut out the bad thing that harming you and not hiring people who are just there for a check.
The management is horrible they wont help tou out for anything. They have mouses and roaches and the trash never gets taken it overflows and you still have to pay for it they say they cant do anything about it they have fees for everything and yet nothing gets done.
Love the area and the staff is excellent!!!! Great place to live
This apartment complex is very nasty. Roaches, rats and poor Maintenace. Trash always overflowing and the yards are always full of trash. Do not move here.
Super friendly and very helpful! My kids will really enjoy the splash pad
Very nasty apartment. there’s rats and roaches in every units and when you call for maintenance or pets control they don’t do anything about it. and nasty dirty carpets and dishwasher bring out dirty water Everything about this apartment is nasty and dirty trashes every where. Please don’t move here if you like good environment.
Very nice community very quite. The people in the office are very helpful. I would recommend talking to Stephanie she a very good listener and gets you what you are looking for.
I will recommend Ladera Apartment because I feel at home.
RAT INFESTATION!!!!!! Only need one month rent to break the lease. They know about the rats that’s why it’s so easy to break the lease! STAY AWAY!!
It seems like a place where it's peaceful and quite and safe.
I would recommend Ladera Apartment but some improvements are needed, Like water heat is not good(I always water shower of not what I really desire.
If your life is fast paced like mine, several of valuable amenities they offer works nicely. Thanks.
The community is good me personally not use to living around refugees so new experience with that but other than that it's ok
I am very very happy they help me a lot thank you so much they'??re doing really good job
I would like to suggest, you should open swimming pool but charge for entry..And set the guard noone can samply use...
The service delivery is quick and efficeint. The customer service is excellent
The price and office staff is good incentive to moving here but exterior is dirty. The people who live here do not take care of grounds. Also the valet trash is a joke. We are forced to pay extra for a service that is not useful and only causes trash to be scattered all over the grounds.
This is the 1st time, I get an opportunity to express my opinion, I was residence here since 2008, non of the managements was sent for feedback opt.
