Overlook is a small neighborhood just south of Downtown Moline along 6th Avenue. Overlook is almost entirely residential, aside from Velie Park. Apartments, houses, condos, and townhomes in the neighborhood are affordable, with a few mid-range options available as well. Residents of this walkable community have unbeatable access to the city center, where you’ll find local breweries, cafes, restaurants, retailers, grocers, and more. Entertainment venues sit in this district as well, like TaxSlayer Center, a 12,000-seat event venue overlooking the Mississippi River that hosts sports games, live concerts, musicals, and other events. Moline is across the river from Davenport, Iowa, another buzzing city with abundant dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

ive been living here for eight years and i love the apartments i totally recommend if your looking for a place to live the apartment manager is very nice and respectful and she always greet you every time she sees you if you have any problems she will be sure to help you as soon as possible if she's away from her office she's always a phone call away and able to reach at all times best apartment manager EVER very appreciated
Every time I see the apartment manager she says hi to me and is extremely friendly. Anytime I have questions she always gets back to me as soon as possible. She truly cares about all of us as renters. Best apartment manager and staff ever. She is also almost always in her office when I need her. And if not she makes sure to leave a phone number so we can reach her. Couldn’t ask for a better apartment manager!
I've been living here for 6 yrs and its been nice. I do wish that some things that require maintenance help didn't so that we didn't have to bug them as much. Although the stairwells and upstairs hallways are somewhat eerie to walk through at night, especially on the way to the workout room.
I have lived here for close to eight years. I loved the apartment, amenities, management, and the neighbors. Over the past few years, all of which have significantly declined. The maintenance is poor, as I have had an no operable window for over 3 months. I have reopened work orders they closed to try to resolve it. Cleanliness is not as good as it was, as is the increase in drug traffic/odor.
